Très déçu par mon expérience avec Giga.tel. J’ai acheté une eSIM, mais lors de la toute première installation sur mon iPhone 13, le QR code indique « Ce code n’est plus valide ». L’eSIM n’a pourtant jamais été installée ni utilisée.

J’ai contacté le support afin d’obtenir une réactivation ou un nouveau QR code, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse malgré mes relances.

Un problème technique peut arriver, mais l’absence de réponse du service client est très décevante, surtout pour un service où l’activation de la ligne est essentielle.

J’espère qu’une solution sera rapidement apportée.

Package explicitly advertised as "unlimited" which is a lie.
Connection shutdown after 2,6GB instead of 3GB.
No throttle after that. No data connection at all. Nothing.
Customer service responds by email, but with every excuse imaginable. They refuse to give me a refund.
Don't loose your money to this fraudulent company!

. Advertising a package as "unlimited" (and not as "xx GB at full speed then xxx kbps after the limit is reach") is precisely a scam.
. You say I have used 3,1GB. My phone says 2,61.
. I have read the plan description many times before buying especially to avoid those mistakes. It is written "data allowance: unlimited".
. I also have selected this package because it appeared in the "unlimited section" of your search area.
. I have posted this review on trustpilot after your support stopped to answer my email, while I had just said that the "throttled" didn't work.
. So stop lying that you will be "happy to help". Make "throttling" working or provide me refund.
(btw: why should I ask support to activate the "throttling" if it is the way the package was supposed to work?)

Extremely sketchy. Ordered an esim on their site, verified my email and Whatsapp, but never got the QR code for the esim. Contacted support and received a message from an entirely different Whatsapp account saying they were associated with giga.tel and having network issues but that they refunded my payment. I don't see any evidence that the payment ever went through at all, I didn't get any actual esim, and they harvested my info. Very suspicious.

Ok-ish in Thailand, slow in Vietnam. Can't do a videocall in Vietnam and at areas where it is more busy (like a football game) it becomes totally useless. I don't recommend Gigatel for these countries.

Absolutely not worth it after doing it online and paying everything is WhatsApp’d to you. The WhatsApp link that is sent to install your esim is literally then flagged by WhatsApp and safari as dangerous and when clicking ignore, it just errors out saying “forbidded” despite googles pathetic AI recommendations this is not a useful or reliable esim provider

Two weeks before my trip to Brazil, I bought two eSIMs. Even the purchase was a nightmare because nothing worked on the website! Upon arriving in Rio, I was surprised to find that neither eSIM card could be activated! I contacted support via WhatsApp, and surprisingly, to this day (three weeks later), I haven't received a reply or any response. Luckily, I got my money back via PayPal! STAY AWAY, they're scammers!

eSIM didn't work at all even though I followed all of the installation instructions and did some troubleshooting. Their FAQs are useless for troubleshooting even though they reference it in their emails. It's been many years since I've purchased an eSIM that was dead on arrival, and Giga.tel got to reset that counter. I'm waiting on them to process a refund for my order before I dispute the charge on my credit card.

Bought an eSIM for Brazil. Since I am using esim.me card, it did not work with my phone even though I followed all Giga.tel guidelines (it has to be activated within Brazil). Their WhatsApp support was attentive and friendly at all times and after some back and forth I got a full refund.

Everything was really clear and the internet worked everywhere I went in Brazil. When I had a question this was answered really quick as well through the Whatsapp service.

I’ve used Giga.tel for the third time recently and was really satisfied all three times. The eSIM QR code arrived within minutes after payment, setup was quick and worked right away on my iPhone.The pricing is also really competitive compared to other eSIM providers I’ve used and coverage has been reliable everywhere I went.
Also had a couple questions about switching devices, and their support team responded quickly and clearly.

Super convenient, great price, fast delivery, and support that actually responds. Will definitely keep using them

Excellent service. I got an eSIM for Brazil and it even came with a local number too. I loaded it on my phone before my international flight and it activated as soon as I arrived. Very good pricing too. Highly recommended.

It's a scam. They took my money but no service, no mail. no answer fro customer service.
