Delivery arrived on time and just as ordered, perfect.

I booked a delivery online and chose a Saturday slot.I later received a phone call to say you didn't understand how I had got that day as it was a mistake and could I change it. I agreed to the Monday morning and was told it would be the first drop.
On the Monday at 11.45 I rang you to find out what had happened and was told it would be looked into.
I then received a message to say delivery would be between 2.00pm and 17.00pm.
Delivery was actually past 17.00pm.
I learnt from the driver that my order was not even on his wagon till mid afternoon on the Monday.
I also learnt that based in Walsall ,you ordered the sand from Lichfield, which was then sent to a third party Pallet company in Oldbury who then made the delivery to my address .
When I purchased the sand through you it stated the price of the sand and a delivery fee of £20. However when I came to pay the money another £50 had been added.
I wrote asking what this extra £50 was for but have had no response to date

Delivery was great had 4 pallets of paving stones and only had 1 broken /damaged stone

Clear 2ft of damage to wood panel when delivered- very disappointing as this must have been noticed but delivered anyway.

Great service all over. Bit disappointed that when i needed more slabs only 2 weeks later the price had gone up by £30 a pack and delivery charge went up to £80.
