Bought cashew nuts full of worms. Emailed them and did not even get a response.

The order for £ 61+ with free delivery was delivered at 19.00 hrs in the evening of 8 January 2025.
Two of the products ordered had an best before date of 31 January 2025, meaning it would expire by 23 days from the date of delivery.
The company/packer should have checked the the product had a longer best before date before packing it for delivery.
I contacted the firm regarding the above matter - requesting for returning the product or exchanging the same - there was no response from them to date.
A warning - please ensure that all orders placed have a longer best before date.

Spent over £60 to get free delivery, then day after had cheek to contact me and say if I spend £70 would have got free almonds. Complained to them then the manager apologised and said he didn't know about the offer. What a con really should have advertised this on origonal purchase. Instead of pestering to spend £70 to get a free pack of almonds.

All their products are very good and fresh, of great quality.

1st class service this is the 2nd order and allways on time delivery...

Recieved the order all the packets are open and weight of contents are wrong as well

The pictures and descriptions advertised and ordered were different to those delivered. I feel a cheaper quality was delivered.

I ordered over £67 pounds worth of items on the 4th August and i have still not received an email saying when it will be shipped or delivered. I have tried to phone and email the company but got no response either way
