At 53, I traveled from the US to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Giray Genc at Vanity Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, Emine answered all my pre-surgery questions, from booking details to transportation and hotel arrangements. Once in Istanbul, Hazal seamlessly coordinated my transfers to and from the hospital, as well as surgery times and follow-ups. The care was flawless.
Dr. Giray Genc was attentive and patient, listening to all my concerns and collaborating with me to plan a deep-plane facelift, neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, and fat transfers to my face and hands. His commitment to achieving a natural look while respecting my wishes made me feel confident in every step. The results—just a week post-surgery—are already remarkable. I feel like I look at least 15 years younger, and the support I’ve received has been outstanding, even as I prepare to fly home.
Dr. Giray also provided an incredibly detailed post-operative recovery plan, ensuring I understood every step to optimize my healing and long-term results. He made himself readily available for any questions or concerns and graciously agreed to give me lip filler before my trip back home (although he thought I was perfection without it) adding a perfect finishing touch to my transformation.
During my recovery, I experienced some nausea, and Dr. Giray and Hazal went above and beyond, making an extra visit to the hospital at 11 PM to ensure I had the care I needed. Dr. Giray even decided to keep me an extra night in the hospital for monitoring and personally arranged for more effective nausea medication.
I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and the amazing results. Dr. Giray Genc and his team truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in Istanbul.

My coordinator Emine was amazing from start to finish she answered every single question and enquiry. I had she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. She organised a FaceTime consultation and I knew straight away. That was the doctor for me.
When I got to Turkey we got picked up by the transfer and taken straight to one of the hospitals to get bloods done and then dropped off to the hotel. We rested and then two days later met with the doctor and that was surgery day Dr Giray spent over an hour with me talking me through everything step-by-step he took his time drawing me up.
The hospital was extremely clean. The staff and nurses were super helpful. I have no faults. I then got discharged after one day and the Dr came and checked on me the next day at my hotel.
The hotel that was included in my package Had nurses on site 24/7 and hotel staff where kind and extremely helpful hotel was also clean .

Dr. Giray is very talented, gentle, and caring. I researched many doctors in different countries and he felt like the one I liked the most. Once I spoke with Emine, his assistant, and then with Dr. G himself on video call, I knew he was the one I trusted with my face and my health. The prices of procedures were very reasonable as well. A fraction of the price in the US.
When my mom and I arrived in Istanbul, we were transferred to the hospital for blood work and then to our beautiful hotel that was included in the package. The hotel was perfect because it had many other patients recovering there, it had facilities and services that aided my recovery, beautiful accommodations, and great breakfast.

The next day, we went to the hospital and the surgery took place. Dr. G kept in touch with my mom through the surgery to let her know how it was going and how I was doing. I spent the next 2 days in the recovery suite, which was really lovely and convenient. My mom even had a separate adjacent room with a couch to sleep on and a separate bathroom. It felt more like a luxury hotel then a hospital.
After we were transferred back to the hotel, the recovery was on its way. Dr G. came to visit to check on me.

10 days after the surgery, I was well enough to get in the car and drive around Turkey on the most fun and adventurous road trip of a lifetime. I felt great, I looked great, although was still healing. Dr G and Emine kept in touch and answered every question I had.

Overall, I am thrilled with my experience. Dr Giray's talented hands made me look 15 years younger than my age. His kindness and patience made me very comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend Dr Giray. All of my friends are now planning to travel to Turkey to see him.

Do yourself a favor, if you are looking to get plastic surgery done, choose the best doctor. Dr. Giray is that doctor for me. I can't wait to go back and make some body improvements next summer :⁠-⁠)

Can’t thank Dr Giray and his team enough. I had a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin on my stomach after losing 24kg in the gym back in June 2024. I’m coming up to 3 months post op and I love my results already!

Even tho I was travelling from Australia to Istanbul for surgery, I found everything really easy and any questions I had was answered promptly by the dr and his beautiful consultant Emine. The hotel was beautiful and so was the food and facilities at the hotel.

One thing I had asked for before surgery was that the dr preserved as much of my tattoos as possible and I say he did an amazing job at that.

I would recommend Dr. Giray to anybody looking to get any cosmetic surgery done. Flying out to Turkey to have some cosmetic surgery done was one of the most craziest things that I have done but after going through the process, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Dr. Giray. I had a temporal mid face lift, neck lift and brow. Everything looks so natural. He enhanced my beauty without changing me. The past few years have really been hard and I can see the changes life made on my face. Dr. Giray freshened me up, giving me something nobody else can give me. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon, he is compassionate, caring and made me feel safe and comfortable from the minute he walked through the door to great me. He is an exceptional person and surgeon and I am so grateful that he was mine.

Outstanding result!
Doctor Genc performed an upper eyelid surgery on my eyes with confidence and exceptional care. The results are outstanding, I'm several weeks post surgery and no visible signs of stiches. My vision hasn't changed and no complications during or after surgery. After care was good as Doctor gave me his mobile number to call him if I had any conserns. I was initially a little concerned about going ahead with the surgery, however Doctor understood my conserns and I wasn't pressured into having the surgery until I was ready.

I am Spanish and last May I had the opportunity to be operated on by Op. Dr. Giray Genç.

For months I looked for a good surgeon and finally found him. In my case there were two surgeries at the same time, breast lift and arm lift.
When I met the doctor, he listened to every doubt, concern and question that I had, since I didn't know very well if I wanted a breast reduction or just a breast lift, he listened to me and I was finally able to decide with his advice.

The operation lasted approximately 5 hours. During the intervention the doctor found some cysts on my breasts that he took advantage of to remove, he sent them to the laboratory for analysis and everything went well. After a couple of weeks I had the pathology results.

The stitches after 5 weeks are going very well, he usually makes very fine sutures so that the scar is as less visible as possible, for now they are on the right track.

After returning to my country I was able to talk to the doctor to follow up on the surgery and that give me a lot of peace of mind, since you don't feel abandoned once you return home.

Without a doubt I will always recommend Dr. Giray Genç, he is a great professional, human and willing to listen to you at all times. I have encountered few doctors with as much empathy, patience and talent as his.

I travelled to Istanbul with my mother from the UK (who will write a seperate review) for surgery after Mr Genc was recommended by a friend who travelled over in 2023. I had a chin implant, buccal fat removal and liposuction under and around my chin on 20th April 2024. My previous recessed chin had been a severe insecurity of mine for a very long time and I’m extremely happy with the result. My cheeks are still swollen from the buccal fat removal therefore I am unable to see the results of this procedure yet but I was told by Mr Genc that it was successful, so I patiently await the results which can take some time. The whole process was amazing and without fault. We stayed at the Antwell Suites which was a lovely, modern hotel with an infirmary within the hotel for any emergencies (which we luckily didn’t need). A lot of the guests who were staying at the hotel were also in Istanbul for surgery which was comforting. The hospital where the procedure took place was super modern and clean and all of the staff were lovely. We stayed in the hospital for one night after surgery where you have your own room and private bathroom and then Mr Genc visited us at the hotel on day 4 post surgery and then we had a final control appointment at his clinic just prior to returning home to the UK. Mr Genc is very knowledgable and attentive and his assistant Emine is super kind and helpful, both being on hand to answer any questions. All of our transfers to the airport, hospital, clinic etc were arranged seamlessly and we have been in contact with Emine since returning home with any queries which she has replied to promptly. Travelling abroad for surgery can be daunting but I honestly couldn’t recommend Mr Genc and his team more, especially after having a nightmare experience with a supposedly reputable surgeon in the UK last year.

What an incredible experience. Dr Genç’s skills are amazing. The consult down to the post surgery expertise could not be faulted!

Any questions were answered by his assistant Emine and himself within minutes. Such kind and professional people. Even weeks after surgery the contact has been kept to make sure the healing process is going to plan (which it has been).

My surgery was on March 12, 2024. My experience with Dr. Giray Genç is great. The doctor is not only a super expert but also a wonderful person. I was very nervous, but he takes all the time to put you at ease, listens and answers all questions. Not only before the operation but also during the aftercare! The daily aftercare was so careful and here too nothing was done but to ensure that I had confidence and make it as comfortable as possible for me. He knows very well what he is talking about and can perform miracles. Despite some swelling and bruising, the outcome of the operation is fantastic, I can't wait for the final result when I have fully recovered. Thank you so much Dr. Giray!

I had a revision Rhinoplasty, fat injection into face and a GBL (stands for Giray Butt Lifting)
Dr. Giray has his own technique to create an amazing shape of your body. Not the known BBL or Skinny BBL it's more to define and contour the best part of your center body with small injections to the right places. Not too much not too less.
Before the surgery we had a long talk about the procedure and he told me everything I need to know and made me feel safe. Afterwards he cared and was there for me. I had some surgeries before but never felt that save and understood by a surgeon. I didn't had any aches or took painkillers. I am in love with my new Nose and my body. Can't wait until summer. I totally recommend you go to Dr. Giray no matter which surgery he's definitely the best. He has magic hands and directly know which nose shape, body contour is the best for you.
