I have attempted to update on this review but was unable to edit!
All matters have now been resolved to my complete satisfaction! Problems started with Royal Mail not delivering an order. Spoke to GIM who investigated and processed a refund and advised me to reorder. I reordered and ten minutes later, my original order was delivered...two weeks late! Tried to cancel order and payment, but the delivery went ahead. Contacted GIM who sent QR code for free return. Refund now processed and in my account.
All took a bit longer than I expected though.
HOWEVER, I AM DELIGHTED BY THE QUALITY AND CUT OF THE ALL IN ONE SUIT WITH TWIST WAIST, SO IMPRESSED THAT I HAVE IT IN THREE DIFFERENT COLOURS...I WILL BE BUYING FROM GIM AGAIN!! The problem originated with Royal Mail, apparently not scanning the item?

I have order and am awaiting to hear a responses as my items have never arived. As this was over two hundred pounds worth of items and the money has been taken . I am extremely dispointed with this service. I have heard from them saying it will take ten days for them to hear a response from royal mail it has now exceeded the amount of days. I would be great full for the products or a refund .

Had an issue with delivery and customer service were excellent in communication and issued a full refund

Girl in mind is a fabulous place to buy the best dresses. Nothing like it on the high street. I must have brought 12 dresses and friends are always giving me compliments and asking where I buy them from. Also really good if you want to return

I am so happy with the dress I received as are my daughters.... I bought it for my daughters wedding, having tried it on the colour is perfect the fit is great with a little wiggle room for the meal and it has pockets. I am very happy I found my dress and looking forward to wearing it. Delivery was great too I didn't wait too long for it to arrive. Will be looking again for future events. I feel great in the dress - I dont normally dress up! Dont think twice - buy it

My order went missing with Royal Mail however girl in mind helped very professionally with refund and where most helpful.
The process did take a couple of weeks but I understand that had something to do with couier and establishing parcel missing.

Ordered 3 dresses so I had a choice, all 3 were amazing! The cut, the quality of the fabric and the overall dress felt like it had been tailored! Super quick delivery too!

Terrible customer service. Can’t get one response back to the numerous emails sent.

Paid £6.95 for next day delivery on the Tuesday to arrive Wednesday/Thursday max. Paid for parcel protection also. The parcel never updated until late that Friday/ Saturday saying DPD had got the parcel, after I had emailed to say I would be taking further action. It was delivered the Sunday when it was in actual fact needed for the day before.

Return sent back, refund is apparently to arrive in my bank in 10 days, seems unlikely. However they have deducted the postage in the return and not refunded the next day delivery and nobody can seem to respond to the emails. Seems like it’s just a way to take your money.

Avoid. Ive previously bought from this company and no problems the customer service and returns and communication was great. However this experience has been terrible.

Ordered a dress which happened to be in the sale. Didn’t try it on for a while and when I unpacked it, it wasn’t the colour I was expecting. Then tried it on and it just didn’t sit right, seemed very short and had a much bigger cut out than I thought. Had a look back on the website and still felt that it didn’t look how I would have expected it to from their website pictures.
Looked at instructions on how to return, which was the first time seeing that it has to be done within 14 days if it is bought at a sale price.
I emailed the link to ask how that stands when considered the dress doesn’t look as expected/advertised and that I was a day over their threshold.
I didn’t get any reply or acknowledgement of the query.
The dress has sat in its packaging since and I will attempt to resell I guess.

I ordered 2 dresses, and they were excellent quality and exactly as expected. Very quick delivery too. Customer services have been super helpful with a query - couldn’t fault the service I have received.

Really helpful customer service. I was returning a dress which didn't suit me, i had not received return label via email so when i contacted customer service they got back to me quickly and sorted this out.

The dress i ordered was lovely but just not for me however i will be ordering again as have so many lovely outfits.

Great customer service after I almost sent back a dress I decided to then keep, quick response to my query and kind manner, thank you I love my dress!

I had a return only due to the item not being suitable for me.

Excellent customer service and great quality products. I had to return some items , slightly late due to a family bereavement. I emailed girl in mind to advise them of the reason for the late return. They replied promptly , offered their condolences and used their discretion to honour this refund. Explained the process and refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned goods. I would definitely use this company again.

Dress looked completely different to pictures and returning is made difficult so unable to return and get money back.

Fast efficient service and aftercare fantastic! The dress arrived with a mark on it and they could not have been more helpful in the return and exchange process .

I absolutely adore girl in mind. I recently wore the red Betty asymmetric dress to a work event and the compliments were amazing.
Simple but bold styles that flatter anyone but as a mature buyer I’m so happy to say that their styles are incredibly flattering.
Only problem is my local boutique in Ireland is now stocking the brand so I have to shift to their website exclusivities

UPDATE! Three emails later, no response re my missing items, so disappointed as my first delivery was on point, returned one item and have received a refund...don't know what the problem is as advises Royal Mail to deliver?

I may change this review and hope that I can! Ordered two suits which were delivered very quickly 5* service!One was the wrong size, my fault! Wasn't aware that I could just exchange it so went ahead and returned it for a refund. I ordered two (one in a different colour) in the correct size as the suits are beautiful and really well made! I paid for the 1-3 Working Days delivery on 28th February as I am wearing one to a wedding. Despite having the tracking number and sending two emails to GIM., I have had no response...items are still not out for delivery!

One of my favourite dresses of all time came from this store, but the clothes can be a bit hit and miss here. Nice designs, but poorly executed. Not the best materials and the sizing can be off. This would be less of an issue if they didn’t charge you for returns. To exchange they offer you a free delivery code, but this can’t be used in conjunction with other promo codes, which they should be able to easily rectify, but haven’t.

The customer service department lied to me, and told me to place the order with my discount code and they would refund the postage manually, but I’ve now sent 3 emails and I’ve been continually ignored and not refunded.

They’re prepared to lose a repeat customer over £3.95.
