It wasn't particularly straight forward. It took some time to figure out how it works. It would have been great for them to have the function, during the initial set up process, to automatically send the card and collection to the recipient at a selected date and time (like a set it and forget it) so I would not have to log back in at a later date to send it to the recipient.

Used it for a quick digital card and collection for a colleague, and was perfect for the job. Has lots of demos to show you what will happen.

Really easy to use and made the whole process much simpler. Nice that there is a choice of gift vouchers and can mix and match, as well as get a bank deposit for a small fee.

Used this service for 2 retirement collections. I was unsure of the process for sending the finished articles to myself and not the recipients, so I contacted customer support. Jess was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not at all patronising with my silly questions.

The Givetastic system is easy to use and simplifies an often time consuming task.They also have amazing customer service.
I was unfortunate enough to have an issue when claiming the voucher. Nothing to do with Givetastic's system, but what I can say is that their customer service via the online chat / email is fantastic.
Jess, an extremely courteous and helpful person, looked into the issue immediately and kept me updated on a very regular basis as she unravelled the issue I was having.
Despite the issue not being Givetastic's fault, Jess entirely resolved the issue for me, enabling voucher to be redeemed by the recipient.
I will definitely be using Givetastic again!

Lovely platform and had lots of brands to choose from. So glad I found it. Navigating the site takes a little getting used to though...

It’s nice way to give a gift. Lots of choices of stores and restaurants.

The website was easy to set up and use. I had difficulty withdrawing funds due to my home address not being on there but the service from Jess was outstanding. I emailed her 4 times and got instant responses, each time with links on where to click for each request I had. Really excellent service. My only moan is the cost to withdraw the funds at over 4% of the gift pot which I had not seen anywhere until the withdrawal. Feel this should have been advertised sooner in the process. But the sit was easy to use and the staff were amazing.

I was having problems claiming a gift collection that had been sent to me. I used the chat facility and got an immediate and friendly response. It turned out to be a slightly complex issue, but the team worked through it swiftly and resolved the issue successfully. I'm very happy with the quality of the support and overall experience.

Givetastic is a great way to collaborate over gifts without the worry of sharing personal bank details. They offer a large range of vouchers, lots of flexibility with optional, anonymous contributions and good value fees.
