I orders my vouchers on the 10/6/24 and i have not received them

Worked well, great range of vouchers. Recommend.

It was fine in the end, no major complaints. I just don’t really get the point of the format, it seemed to have a step or two that seemed unnecessary and there was a reference to being able to transfer the budget directly to your bank account that I couldn’t easily see.

So many retailers to choose from. Great option that allows recipient to pick their own gift.

Excellent site! Really easy to use even for those of us who don't have great computer skills! I was able to arrange a card and collection and there was a fantastic range of gift cards. When I had a query, I got a very helpful and quick response. I would definitely use this service again.

Its all great and straightforward to begin with but i find when closing and sending card not so clear. Each time i have to chat with staff and in the end they have to close and send card!!. i am waiting for a video tutorial Kate promised.
Some of the features of the ecard is really good and i am sure the recipient will enjoy the experience rather than a physical card. Pity the fee from transferring to bank account is so high when choosing to withdraw funds or select gift cards.

This is a very user-friendly website and has everything in one place, card to sign and collection for a gift. Having an option to add a gif to your message in the card is great.
There is an excellent selection of cards available for all types of occasions.
I particularly like the general message you can add which can be adapted with a photo or gif.

The website was fantastic easy to navigate and had no problems withdrawing money from the pot.
Have recommended to friends within my workplace.

Really easy to share with others and collect messages. Only downside is that I would've liked the option to have the card professionally printed on behalf of the recipient.

Really useful platform, although I found it quite difficult to navigate the pages to find what I wanted, for example when I logged in to view the signatures on the card it wasn't easy to find where it was.
Money was sent to my bank account quickly at the end of the event.

Very easy process, helpdesk assistance was great, selection of retailers plus the option to buy a card that can be used at all retailers is amazing, all delivered and our colleague’s leaving gift easily arranged.

Really efficient way to sort out a leaving gift for a great colleague & it was very easy to use. The multi gift card means the recipient isn't stuck with a retailer they might not like/use
