Let me correct your false claims with official evidence:

1. You claim "Stripe forced us."
I have an official email from Stripe (dated 2 July 2026) confirming that YOU are the responsible merchant, not them. Stripe clearly stated: "I invite you to ask your merchant (Givly) to contact us so we can provide you with explanations."
I challenge you publicly: Post Stripe's official order to refund my funds here, in this thread. You cannot, because it does not exist.
2. You claim you "responded to my emails."
You sent copy-paste replies and ignored my requests for specific evidence. I gave you 48 hours to provide Stripe's written proof. You stayed silent. That silence is your admission of guilt.
3. You claim "no customer funds were retained."
You held my €3,419.60 for weeks before deciding to refund it. That is unlawful retention, and you have not provided any proof that the refunds were actually processed.
4. Irish regulators (CCPC and CnaM) refused jurisdiction, leaving me with no choice but to take legal action. I have now contacted solicitors in Dublin and will be filing a claim against Givly Me Limited.

To anyone reading this: Givly is a platform that will block your funds, blame someone else, and hide behind "confidentiality" to avoid accountability. I have all evidence ready for publication

Post the official email or report from Stripe that justifies blocking MY €3,419.60 in this comment thread. If you cannot, the world will see that you are unlawfully withholding my funds.

I have already filed complaints with the Irish DPC, CCPC, CnaM, and I am now taking this to the Garda Economic Crime Bureau. You are thieves, not a legitimate platform.

Givly responded to my review, claiming "Stripe made the decision." However, they fail to answer these simple questions:

1. Why did you ask me for my ID, proof of address, and RIB, and after I sent everything, you closed my account without any explanation?
2. The "suspicious" transactions (€104,902) were already blocked by Stripe itself – they never reached my account! Why mix them with my real €3,419.60 from family and friends?
3. If Stripe really made this decision, why hasn't Stripe contacted me directly?

I have filed official complaints with the Irish CCPC (CAS-375495-B4X9J8) and DPC (DPC0726882560). I'm waiting for their investigation. This is not over.

I created a legitimate crowdfunding campaign on Givly and collected €3,419.60 from friends and family. I provided all required identity documents (ID, proof of address, RIB) and completed the KYC process.

Despite this, Givly blocked my funds, closed my account, and ordered refunds to all donors, claiming "high risk" without providing any evidence. They ignored my repeated requests for clarification.

I have all correspondence to prove this. Be very careful with this platform.
