Great Service
Great service from beginning to end. We had a leaking boiler. The engineer Michael arrive the same day we reported it. A replacement part was ordered and our boiler was fixed the following week. The engineer was a very clean worker, professional and friendly.

Fraudulent services - Extremely Dissatisfactory Experience
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company, making it the worst encounter I've had in the last 15 years in Glasgow. The engineer arrived unannounced and showed shocking rudeness and arrogance toward the tenant. To add to the frustration, the job was left unattended, yet I was still charged.
The engineer claimed that someone else had already addressed the issue, preventing him from doing the job. However, I was charged a hefty £147 for a brief 2-minute visit. The engineer's conduct was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional – taking pictures and leaving the work untouched.
Contrastingly, I engaged another company that efficiently resolved the problem within an hour, allowing me to resume my daily activities promptly.
Considering this experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend or consider using this company again. I feel compelled to report this incident to my bank due to what appears to be fraudulent services.

The worst interaction I have ever had…
The worst interaction I have ever had with a builder . Surprising as they were good to fix a leak initially but having paid for restoration work 2 months ago I have had nothing but delays and excuses. I syspect that they accept work then find tradespeople to actually carry out the work .

Excellent service from start to finish
From booking my appointment to the plumber attending, I cannot fault them. The plumber took the time the to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was polite, professional and extremely easy to deal with.
The customer service was on point and my issue was dealt with promptly. Plumber arrived within the hour.

Great Service
I called Jassal all trades as my son had dealt with them previously. The lady on the phone made it all so simple to get my issue sorted. Very polite and to the point. Michael the engineer was so helpful and he got the issue sorted. Gave me a few tips going forward with any further issues. I would reccommend anyone having boiler issues to call Jassal first. Happy G Jassal customer
Happy to recommend G Jassal for boiler and hot water support. Got a same day visit for boiler service and some diagnostic work from Tommy who was friendly and professional. Work done to high standard and have confidence in his advice on some related queries that I had on the day . Would use these guys again.

From booking my appointment to the engineer attending, I cannot possibly fault them. The engineer took the time to very patiently and politely explain what he was doing, why he was doing it. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, as was the lovely lady (Stephanie) who arranged everything. They are transparent and what I especially appreciated with this company was that they were professional and helpful.
Some tradespeople can be pushy especially when it comes to the topics of quality and payment. G Jassal All Trades performs impeccably: giving a breakdown of projected costs before undertaking said work, with a clear and concise breakdown as to what the job(s) will entail.

Total professionalism.
Having used G Gassal plumbing services once before, I had no hesitation in calling them again to fix a problem in our bathroom.
