I have been using GJW for many years. In the past for large sailing yachts (while I still had the strength to sail), and now I have changed to a large RIB.
As always the staff were really helpful in sorting out the insurance. My present boat is based in Italy. Without asking you get the relevant documents in Italian. My last boat was based in Spain and again they provided all the Spanish documents as well.
When you call them, it’s like stepping back in time, you don’t feel like you are talking to a call centre and the people you speak to are knowledgeable.
I never think of going anywhere else for my boat insurance. If it ain’t broke, then don’t fix it.

I have used GJW for many years for both boating and jet ski insurance and always found them to be very pro active and good value for money. My auto renewal insurance failed to work due to a bank card changing during the year. Upon calling GJW and speaking with Debbie she was incredibly helpful and got everything resolved very quickly so I was back up and running with a really competitive renewal price. Thanks again.

After finding out the 2 little claims (totally less than £500) last year meant Noble would no longer insure me, i did panick slightly with several boats to insure each year. Extremely easy to navigate website and set up insurance. Very reasonable prices.

I have been a customer for just over 5 years now. Great comms, clarity of information, attentive service. You feel valued. I have never needed to claim thankfully, but talking to the many sailing friends, those who did were handled just as swiftly and efficiently as during quotation and renewal phase. Simple, straightforward and effective. Getting marine insurance can sometimes be a little intimidating but not with this company, I will definitely use them again. Price is also more than reasonable so I couldn’t be happier.
