The gk hair products have completely destroyed my hair. My hair was thick now its stringing and thin. Its actually ruined. I think it's from the keratin treatments but I spoke too one of the staff online and they said you could use the treatment as much as you want! Which now I've fount out from my hair dresser your not supposed too. I complained to them they said they would look in too it but they haven't. My hairs wrecked. 😞

I am a professional hair stylist and I made an account with GK so I could off their treatments to my clients. Soon after signing up, I have been non stop hassled with phone calls from a UK number, phones from a US number, voicemails, emails and WhatsApp messages. For this reason I chose not to go ahead with GK as I find it extremely unprofessional. They are worse than than the PPI phones calls…

Horrible customer service , will leave you waiting weeks with no response. No urgency to solve issues

I showed how this product damaged my hair. I made so many keratin treatments and this is not only the worst treatment ever but it also damaged my hair a lot! The hair is so damaged that cannot be combed as usual, I regret very much of ever deciding to use this awful product and want to warn other people to not even try 😢

J'ai voulu commander le produit de lissage que je prenais d'habitude sur une boutique internet. En passant directement par le fabricant j'espérais un gage de qualité. Hors le produit n'est pas le même que celui commandé ailleurs. Il est beaucoup moins liquide, il n'a pas d'odeur forte et n'émet aucune vapeur au moment du lissage alors que tous ces produits se caractérisent d'habitude par ces effets. On pourrait se dire que c'est mieux sauf que "the best" vendu sur ce site n'a aucun effet sur les cheveux : ils restent frisés, aucun changement à part la sensation d'avoir utilisé un après shampooing ! 210€ jetés par la fenêtre !

burned my cusomers scalp, my stylists who work for me had to attempt to get refund and they would not. then saw them on FDA. then they wont allow salons to sell on eBay or amazon removing competition and fixing prices scum vantabolli is a scammer

Mike was great - quick service

I am a loyal fan of GK hair products; specifically the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I went online for the first time to purchase an order, as I normally get it from my salon or amazon. I was happy to see the pick up at a nearby salon option but had some questions. I used the chat feature and Mike Anderson (I learned was his name) answered all my questions and also just made it a great overall experience with his personality. I was confused by a few things and he gave great clarification of the process. I look forward to continuing to be a GK hair fan! Like Mike told me “we don’t sell products, we sell results” 😂 and that’s very true! I love my results
