I purchased something from another company and noticed a charge from Glamourcosmic on my credit card less than 5 minutes from my transaction. I contacted the company and they informed me the charge was for a subscription, which I did not order.
I requested cancellation of the subscription immediately. I received an email from their Escalation Team Management informing me that the charge on my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I was also asked to providing a rating on their service. Subsequently, another charge went through on my credit card from this same company. Again I contacted the company and the same Escalation Team Management individual emailed me and informed me that a refund would be processed in 5-7 business days and requested a 5 star rating on this site. To date, I have not received any refunds however a new individual has contacted me from their team to request that I remove my negative comment. I replied that I would be more than happy to remove this negative, but honest review when I actually receive my refund. I also got charges from the following companies on the same day:
paper4dreams;
thetoptoybox; and
wekidshops.

The companies also took funds from my credit card and have not yet reimbursed me. They send the same comments as the Glamourcosmic team.

Do not use this site. Once they get your information, they keep finding ways to charge for subscriptions you don’t want.

June 9, 2025 update - no refund yet as promised. Just lots of emails asking me to remove this post.

Scam...I was charged 2€ through another company's link...I never visited their site but they put me in their 'prime' membership (36€ or sth). Blocked them

Cuando subscribes para IPTV de compania Navozi Limited tienes un subscription al Glamourcosmic.com que vale 47 Euros cada 14 dias. Attention! Ese Compania es Scam!!!!!

UPDATE: Every second day they send Mails that I have to change the Review at Trustpilot in a 5 Star Review. Only with this step it is possible to have a Refund.
They wrote:
