Great Customer service. Competitive pricing. Lots and Lots of options. Great website that is very accurate. You can try on the frames with your camera and it much more accurate than other sites I have been on.

I ordered a pair of glasses and all that arrived was empty box with no glasses in it. 2 sheets of paper (Lens Dispenser Information & Lab Info Sheet) in a plastic bag, NO GLASSES.

I was able to find a pair of glasses the I liked and affordable. Process was relatively quick.

It was easy enough to order with a script and have my insurance applied. The overall experience was great. Only problem was the glasses were loose and I had to put them back together myself and pay have scratched my lens a bit.

The glasses arrived chipped. Clearly where the frame was being installed to the lens. They look so good but now I need to know how do I get them replaced? Bummed!

I have never ordered eyeglasses online. I was able to select a pair by viewing on digital photo and "trying them on". My order arrived quickly, correctly done. The whole process was very easy and less expensive than I had previously spent. I love my new glasses and will definitely do this again!
