The worst hair extensions I have ever used. I have been getting my hair done for 3.5 years and these are honestly the worst I’ve ever come across / used. The hair is so dry and loses its length and also loses its colour. I used the GL hair extension kit for the aftercare and this did not help with anything. I used all correct ways of looking after hair and again this hasn’t helped. I have never had hair looked so bad in my life. I don’t recommend using this hair as it is a massive waste of your time and money

I put this in my own hair as a hairdresser and only lasted a few months absolute waste of money
When I contacted GL about my problems they didn’t want to know tried to blame after care wouldn’t refund even though I have sent pictures of the hair and the terrible state it was in
started off at 22 inches and snapped to 6 within three months
I understand sometimes they may get a bad batch but their customer service and support team are not helpful at all stay away

I completed a course in the second lockdown for hair extensions and I needed to be refreshed. So I thought I’d ring up and I spoke to Kevin, he was so helpful and knowledgable. He knew the ins and outs of hair and made everything make sense to me. Kevin’s skill was so good I thought I was back in training just over a phone call, he’s very caring and passionate about his job which made me feel overwhelmed as I didn’t think someone would be so knowledgable. He advised me on business and hair extension products so I’m very happy with the support I received.

I have used GL for over 5 years. After many many other surpliers have let me down. The quality is second to non and the staff customer service is outstanding. I will always recommend their products to anyone, the life span as well of the hair is double if not more what they say.

As long as they sell I will not shop anywhere else. ❤️
