The dj line up was awesome
The dj line up was awesome. Great night had by all in our group! Maybe women’s toilets could be looked at instead of portals, but this did not take away any of the enjoyment from the event

An event was rescheduled which meant I…
An event was rescheduled which meant I couldn’t attend anymore, under the terms and conditions in Glistrr I’m still allowed a refund due to the rescheduling. I had 4 tickets (around £20-£25) which is a lot of money to just be wasted. I messaged on the website and it first of all wouldn’t let me connect. Second of all I couldn’t have access to my tickets anymore as the original event date had obviously passed, I then got transferred finally to WhatsApp where they asked me to confirm some details, they said they would reach out to the “organiser”. 3 days passed and no response. Only thing they have done is tell me they’d give me an update ages ago and sent me a Facebook account to message who also didn’t reply?! It’s been over a week and they seem to just be ignoring me £25 in their pockets.

It was so easy connecting to the site and I had my tickets secured and downloaded in what seemed like under a minute. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased tickets from glistrr and I highly recommend them.
