Lost my parcel and refused to return the money
Meest Shopping lost my parcel and refused to provide a proper refund.
My package arrived at their warehouse but was never dispatched. After a long delay and multiple follow-ups, they confirmed that the shipment was lost.
Instead of returning the money, they credited the amount (€80) only to my internal account balance and refused to transfer it externally, despite repeated requests.
This is not an acceptable resolution. I did not receive my parcel and I am now forced to use their service again just to access my own money.
Customer service stopped being helpful once the compensation was issued, and their final response was simply that their decision “remains unchanged”.
Very poor handling of a lost shipment and unfair refund policy. I would not recommend using this service.
