We process hundreds of payouts every month, and all traders who meet the evaluation criteria and follow the program rules are paid accordingly. Payout certificates are issued directly after each completed withdrawal, and our risk management team verifies every account individually before payment processing.

Regarding your Discord experience, we have strict guidelines in our community to maintain a respectful and constructive space. We do not tolerate spam or repeated violations of channel rules, which may result in account moderation. However, we never delete legitimate concerns without review, and we encourage traders to contact our support team directly for account-related matters, which are handled with confidentiality.

You mentioned reaching out about a refund for an Instant Funding account. Please note that refund eligibility depends on the type of program and the status of the account. All of our promotional materials, videos, and educational resources are created by our internal team or trusted collaborators. We take intellectual property and brand integrity very seriously.

If you passed your challenge on July 3, it's possible there was a delay in the contract processing queue or a miscommunication related to your email delivery (e.g., spam filtering, typo, etc.). ✅ Global Forex Capital is a registered UK-based company with an active leadership team and dedicated support staff—not just a community moderator.
✅ Thousands of traders receive bi-weekly payouts, and we proudly offer a $500 guarantee if an approved payout isn’t processed within 24 hours.
✅ We do not block traders for asking about payouts. However, community moderation on Discord does enforce rules against spam, false accusations, and harassment.

If your payout was delayed or denied, it was likely due to one of the clearly defined reasons in our Terms of Use—such as insufficient trading days, a hard breach, or flagged activity from multiple IPs.
