Mi experiencia con GlobalParts ha sido muy negativa. Llevo desde julio reclamando por un motor defectuoso y, después de tres meses, sigo sin una solución. He entregado las fotografías y toda la documentación que me han solicitado, pero en todo momento he tenido que ser yo quien insistiera y fuera detrás de ellos para obtener alguna respuesta. En lugar de resolver el problema, siguen dando largas y exigiendo nuevas pruebas. Una atención al cliente lamentable y una gestión de garantía decepcionante. No recomiendo esta empresa si surge cualquier problema con una compra.

Bought a windscreen jet part for an audi a3. The part arrived with 2 broken clips which made it unusable. I contacted the sales email with photographic evidence of their part next to my part. It took a while and several chases but I did get my refund. Not sure if I will try them again in the future

Overall experience is good for the parts and delivery time as well.

I am rubbish on cars so did not really know what I needed. Global Parts made it very easy to find my Mercedes alarm sensor which I have had fitted and so far seems to have stopped the alarm randomly going off. Great saving on new parts and excellent value for money including very reasonable and fast delivery. Would definitely use again but hopefully will not need to 😝

Shocking Service & Hidden Overseas Seller—Do Not Buy!

Absolutely shocking customer service—avoid Global Parts UK at all costs!

I ordered a vehicle component from this company after being assured it would fit my vehicle. It didn’t fit at all. To make matters worse, I submitted an official cancellation request a mere 10 minutes after purchase, and they rejected it instantly just to force the transaction through.When I tried to leverage their return policy because of their incorrect fitment advice, they penalised me by charging me out-of-pocket fees to return the item. They trick buyers into thinking they are dealing with a local business, but they have no actual office or physical presence in the UK—everything is shipped from who knows where overseas.Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. Save yourself the money, the tracking headaches, and the return fees, and buy from a genuine, transparent UK-based seller instead!
