I have had a deeply disappointing experience with GlobeHost.
- My hosting accounts (including [domains]) were **suspended abruptly** without any prior notice or clear reason.
- Attempts to reach out for support via ticket were completely ignored. No timeline, no updates, and no resolution.
- As a result, my business suffered significant disruption and credibility loss with my users/clients.

I expect:
- Immediate review and reinstatement of the suspended accounts.
- Compensation/discussion for loss of service.
- Better customer communication in future.

Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend GlobeHost.

One of the worst website to buy or host the domain from.once you purchase the domain you are on your own. the basic functionalities like managing the DNS, has to done by contacting the customer care. They did enabled that option for me. but then the i had to contact them again to add a dns record. they simply use someone else's software to manage these things and is done manually. the website is slow af, and does not work.

I am very disappointed with their worst support and service. They deleted my whole website database without my consent and claimed its was my mistake. Keep waiting me for 1 day for root cause and finally blamed it was my mistake. Support person don't know the basic technical thing and giving service advice. Wtf?

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with GlobeHost has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others.

I initially signed up for their so-called “Unlimited Hosting Plan”, which was promoted as offering unlimited space, bandwidth, and high uptime. During the sales call, their team assured me that there would be no restrictions — which turned out to be completely false.

🚫 Here's what really happened:
After a few weeks of regular usage, my website faced frequent downtimes and server crashes.

Without any prior notice, GlobeHost suspended my account, claiming resource overuse, even though I was simply running a basic website.

When I reached out to support, I was told to pay extra money to restore my services or move to a higher plan — which defeats the entire purpose of an "unlimited plan".

Their customer support is unresponsive, unprofessional, and at times even rude.

And the worst part? No refund. Once you pay, consider your money gone. There’s zero transparency or accountability in their refund policy.

❗ Verdict:
GlobeHost misleads customers with false claims of “unlimited” plans and offers poor technical infrastructure with no real support. If your website or business matters to you, do not rely on them.

i have more then 10 service from this site !
Their customer serivce is terriable , i am trying to active 1 domain form last 4 days their staff Rana and Moosom make me go in circle , tried to call they cut off the call on your face.
Will never buy any service from then again !
Very upset , it was an urgent matter they dont care at all !
