Visto che non tutti i viaggiatori hanno al seguito una stampante, questo dettaglio dovrebbe essere reso noto prima del pagamento.

Rude staff, broken buses, shady business
If I could give them zero star I would. Agree with the person below. The driver and conductor on my bus were also so rude to passengers it is on completely another level.
I used their bus to travel from Makarska in Croatia to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 18.07.2023. I witnessed the driver pushing a tourist passenger in aggressive and a rude manner and thought it would be an interesting journey but I never knew to what extent.
I boarded a bus and realised that my seat was broken and the backrest could not be fixed. It was falling into the lap of a passenger behind me. Changed the seat but it was the same. I spent, what was supposed to be three hours journey, 4.5 hours not being able to sit properly in the seat, causing me backache. The air con was working only in the front of the bus on a day of extreme heat warning. The bus was not dirty, it was filthy.
We crossed the border into Bosnia with no long wait. We arrived to Medjugorje where Globtour headquarters are. We stopped in front of it and spent some time sitting waiting for them to load some staff on and off the bus. Who knows what it was. We had just crossed the border…No apology or explanation about delay. We went to Medjugorje bus station where a van parked next to the bus and started loading cases of wine on it. The rudeness of staff is beyond anything you have seen. It is as if we were all supposed to be grateful to be on the bus that was filthy, broken seats and no air con. Unbelievable. I have travelled all over but this was something else. We arrived to Mostar 1.5 hours late, not because we were held on the border but because the bus company was making money on the side having a total disregard to passengers. Driving you around and doing their business as if you don’t exist and haven’t paid to get to your destination. Customers are absolutely not important.
No assistance when collecting your suits cases on arrival. You just pick up yours from the bus belly. Could have picked up any. 2 euros a piece.
Avoid this bus company as s plague. Shady business, filthy buses, no air con, staff rude beyond anything you have seen. Avoid, avoid, avoid
Worst company I’ve ever traveled with
Worst company I’ve ever traveled with. You might think that Ryanair is a shady company but Globtour tops every prior experience I’ve had in their tardiness. The staff is extremely rude in my experience. Not rude as in “yeah they could’ve been more polite” they are rude in a manner that seriously makes me doubt my sanity for actively paying to use their services. The customers are treated like animals. They hide a hidden fee for luggage and have no change. When we asked if they had change and handed them a 100€ bill the buss driver told us that either he gets the whole bill or our luggage is not coming with us on our trip (the due amount was 21€). Seriously! And to add salt to injury, they have a tendency to depart later than they should in my experience. I would highly recommend you not to even give a second thought of giving this company your hard earned money. Find a flixbus instead.
Avoid this company
They need to refund 108 kuna and they are stalling every day. It has been +2 weeks now and they ignore my mails. I would avoid them!
