Quick and favorable response from a kind customer service person

I never approved payment not sure how they got my bank info and they want me to leave a good review to receive my refund. I would not recommend doing any business with them!

It took some time but I think my concerns are resolved. Thank you 😊

Es demasiado tedioso su reembolso, que está en revision mi caso, qué quite mi opinion para poder realizar el reembolso, me están condicionando a quitar mi opinion, mi experiencia con su tienda, y si no la Quito no tealizaran el reembolso ?

Y donde queda nuestra libre opinion de expression.

Porque me respondieron rápido y pese a no saber lo que me pasó, ( fui estafado por un correo falso de Mercado libre)
Que no se co.o me termino generando esta dificultad ya que se me generó una suscripción de 11 dólares en Uruguay.

After 24 hours of going back and forth with customer service, Emerald finally messaged me and got the situation resolved to which I'm quite pleased

I reached out due to not knowing i had signed up for a subscription and customer service was so helpful with getting me the information requested and canceling the membership that I was aware of. They were fast and very supportive. This is what I call customer service.

Pésima la devolución

I don't know how I got signed up for this site. I never heard of them. All of a sudden I saw a charge for membership fees to this site. When I contacted them, they said that they would cancel my membership and issue a refund if I would submit a review. Strange. I got the exact same situation with a site called Zendenhome on the very same day. They contacted me quickly, but we'll see if they actually refund my money after I submit this review. In fairness to them, they have been very good at communicating with me, but I have not seen any refund yet after several correspondences with them.

I as under the impression I was requesting a box of yarn through a listing on Facebook and it turned out to be a membership website to bill me on a weekly basis. After the second charge I followed up emailing and requested a refund. All but the initial investment was credited and the charges were refunded to my credit card on 2:6:26

Had an issue, but the escalation team reached out and took care of it quickly.

I never authorized this charge from this company and was charged and took forever to get this charge reversed. I can't rate this company knowing nothing about them. Thank you.

A la espera de un reintegro pues no tienen el producto que compré. Me han respondido ágil y amablemente.
