Ordered 10 boxes of gloves but ordered…

Ordered 10 boxes of gloves but ordered the incorrect size. Gloveman wanted to charge me £30 + to return and redeliver the correct size when original delivery cost was £9

We are sorry you feel our collection charge is a little high, but you can organise to return the order yourself for as long as you get an authorisation number from us and get a proof of sending/posting.

This particular batch of gloves less accomodating

This particular batch of gloves, despite being exactly the same specification as all my previous orders, were slightly smaller in the hand. Not unusable, but less comfortable. Hence the 3 star rating.

100% recommend

Being a domiciliary care company, we go through A LOT of gloves and we're always looking for the best ones at the best price - but a lot of companies change the quality of gloves and when you re-order, the gloves are not the same but you're stuck with them. With Gloveman, however, Karen, our Key Account person, very kindly suggested they send out some samples so we can choose the ones we prefer. Which is great and highly appreciated because gloves are an important part of our job. So once I chose one, I then put an order in and Karen again, very kindly, sent the delivery person on the day we suggested so it works with our schedule and also, the driver was able to contact us to make sure we are in. Which really doesn't happen a lot and we miss deliveries because the window of delivery is too big and we do go out on the field in the day.
So the whole experience, from price, to quality of items, to delivery, was flawless and we will be ordering again from Gloveman.

Very helpful and friendly. You delivered an extra box that I didn’t order and then told me to keep it because the warehouse had made a mistake.
