The process from start to finish was excellent, I was referred to a Sales Executive called Tinu who is very good at communicating through email and phone. She was very patient with all my questions and concerns and took time to understand my needs for cover and explained the process perfectly. Overall 5/5 stars for the seamless set up, confidence in the cover and professional sales team

It's my 2nd year with them, I haven't had to claim anything yet but every time I had to contact them to update my insured items they replied super fast and updated everything on the same day.
Whenever I get a new lens I can already go out on the same day with it already covered.
Samantha is always fast and attentive.

After looking around online hearing a lot of bad reviews about insurance companies, I managed to stumble into some posts giving Glover & howe great praise.

Filling in the online application was very simple, I was then contacted by tinu within 24 hours to confirm everything, even reducing the costs due to some errors I made in the application.

I've been with G&H for many years and have always had 5 star service from them...they answer the phone, which is a bonus, are based in the UK and seem to know the difference between a Nikon and a Leica...so, as long as they keep their prices under control I will stay with them....only ONE small claim in all the years...so no idea what they will be like for a total wipe out...which I hope will never happen !!!!!
