The Glow Company Avaliações

Yes very happy with the service 😁I bought a couple of lava lamps , 1 was a rocket lamp but I struggled to put the legs on, so they paid to send it back to fix it for me 😁very nice off them to do that.

Great service. Swift delivery and good pricing.

Really fast service, good quality goods at very reasonable prices compared to similar online. Would definitely recommend this company.

The order arrived in the time frame expected and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my solar light branches.

Ordering easy. Swift delivery. Product reasonable value for money. Offered a product not available elsewhere.
Had an issue with part of the order but received a helpful and positive response from the company. Would use them again, without question.

Love the bulbs and Glow were fantastic with delivery issues, replying immediately and sorting out the issue straight away. First class customer service!

The batteries were well packaged and delivered on time, good service.

Fantastic customer service. I had a query that was due to my own oversight, and they came straight back, offering a solution and a kind explanation.
Very professional, personable and it’s also a great quality product.

Really pleased with my lava lamp! High quality and super nice packaging. Smooth delivery too 😎

Good delivery good , items ok but I bought these sort of things for grandchildren years ago and design was much better, but that was another company who don't exist now , they'll still bring a lot of fun the a party we are having soon

Really pleased with the mushroom house and tree chime. Great selection, quick despatch and great price. Well packed A+

The item was worth the money and price with a quick dispatch our current solar light hanging in the garden doesn't work any more bought from a garden centre a year ago hopefully this one can replace it

Always sceptical when you find the item you want but it's cheaper than other sites. No need to worry, great product and really does look the part. Pretty much like for like on what you see on the sites photo.

This company have great prices on their products, super fast delivery & really good customer service. I ordered a 2pk of solar lights one of which unfortunately wasn’t working but on raising this I was sent a replacement the next day!
Would highly recommend.

My son loves the changing colour cube, will definitely be getting more to add to the collection.

Great product at a fantastic price. But even better was the amazing customer service. First-class all round. Thank you!

Decent product, good coms and speedy delivery. All good.

I ordered a gift for my friends birthday. The gift wasn’t delivered but was sent back by Royal Mail saying no longer there. I contacted glow, and I paid for a courier to deliver it again the next day. They also failed to deliver, saying they no longer lived there. They do, it’s rubbish. I paid twice for delivery, and missed my friends birthday. They need to sort out their delivery system. Very disappointed in the whole thing. Won’t order from them again because of this.regarding your reply, they obviously tried to deliver to the wrong house. They’ve lived there for 20 years🤷‍♀️after 2 weeks I still havent received my refund. They are now saying it was delivered to the wrong address and they are waiting for those people to return it, then I will get a refund! It’s not my problem the courier delivered it to the wrong address, and what if it isn’t returned. No refund? This item cost £35 with delivery! Shocking customer service.

Super fast delivery and excellent quality lighting . Will definitely order more from the company !
