The Glow Company Avaliações

i purchased a firepit/bbq grill which arrived very quickly. sadly when i opened it & began to assemble, it became apparent that there were a few quality issues with the finish. i took photos & sent an email to explain. i received a VERY polite & prompt response with a definitive solution, no messing about. i would definitely buy from them again as i have TOTAL confidence in their customer service & values, thank you

Really quick next day delivery and bulbs are top quality-still going past the time the original ones gave up!! Recommended

Good choice of products and fast delivery 🚚

Absolutely brilliant great price great product excellent customer service

Item delivered quickly after ordering and at a very reasonable price compared to other sellers. Will use again.

Fantastic. Item exactly as described. Well packaged and with a speedy delivery. Will definitely order from them again.

I never leave reviews, but it was checking the reviews that gave me the trust to buy from a company I hadn’t heard of. So I am adding to that trust. The windmill I bought is perfect. So vibrant and well made. Delivery was super prompt. Just a great experience, thank you.

Arrived quickly and exactly what I had hoped for

The drip effect candles I bought are hard to find. The ones that I received from The Glow Company are great. Very well priced, prompt delivery & well packaged.

Amazing experience. Ordered three sets of lights and they arrived very quickly. Although well packaged, one was broken. On inspection it appears to be a manufactoring fault. I called up The Glow Company straight away and the representive was very polite and helpful asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it appeared the very next day.

You can always tell if a company is any good when they have to deal with the bad....will use again!

Just what I wanted, fast delivery, very well packaged.
Excellent service, not much to add, just to say I bought coloured sand…..

Items ordered arrived really quickly and very well packaged. The items are stunning and extremely good quality. Items were priced very reasonably and are exactly as they were advertised. I’ll definitely recommend this company and will shop with them again soon.

I have never used this company before and I'm not a prolific online shopper, so I'm always a bit dubious about ordering things. This order was put in for a friend who doesn't 'do' technology. However, I was absolutely blown away with the efficiency of this company. I would definitely use them again!!

Very good product fast delivery.

The ligjts are beautiful and very special. The delivery and customer service is also excellent.

Fast delivery

After the wrong item arrived initially, one quick call and it was immediately resolved and the correct item arrived the next day , excellent communication and service

The initial product I was sent was faulty (wasn’t spinning when the advert said it does spin). Contacted customer services via email and spoke to Angie who responded quickly and offered some troubleshooting ideas. When these didn’t work she sent out a new item immediately (arrived next day!) and this one is perfect. My baby loves looking at the glitter swirling around and the lights it projects onto the ceiling. Thank you very much.

Product arrived quickly, well packaged and works fine.

It's beautiful and it lights up lovely
