Showed up and no one was there to do treatment. This place is very poorly run specifically the w100 location. Not even a courtesy call to inform you no one will be there. Very odd way to run a business.

Had a problem with my order, but Katie from customer service fixed it and sent a replacement. The new gummies are awesome, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Thanks!

Glow bar of London is a CBD shop on line I made three orders first one came didn't do anything for me and the second one came flashing and broken so I sent information back to them and they told me to throw it away and select another one but I didn't I kept it until I get my parcels or my money back today I get told my third order has never been posted according to yodel and the company keep saying that they will help me on Monday now it's Saturday today and I have been waiting for days now for a 1/2day delivery Haze apple shisha 300mg done nothing a complete waste of money second order was orange county CBD cbg disposable 900 puffs kiwi and strawberry it came broken. And the stronger one again was an oil for a vape did not arrive it's been nearly a week. I will keep you posted on my experience with this online CBD vape shop called Glow bar of London. When I asked google vape shop for CBD this on was right up at the top. I'm not loving my experience with them but will keep you guys posted on how it turns out for me
Well I've finally got my money back for the one that was broken. The third order didn't come because they didn't have the flavour I wanted but still took the money from my bank account. So I picked a different flavour. One of the items was twenty odd pounds and then I found it in a different shop for£8:50 it took four hours online to fix this I have no idea why. Then three days later I came home and the parcel with the CBD vape pen and oil was outside my flat door. Handy for any kids going around. A really bad experience for me. My mental health took a beating getting it sorted out. Then tonight Thursday by now they asked me for a review. I thought I pity any one who shop's with you so I wrote the rest of my original review 20 7 23 . I have also kept every receipt and email sent if you want I can send them to you at trust pilot or glow bar London
