Customer service excellent, as I had made a typo and Glow CLP emailed to check my information. I would have had a candle named after my son! My labels had everything needed to make them compliant.

I did a new order with them and they sent me free samples. They were just super friendly and helpful. I will be using them for my CLPs going forward
