I had a wonderful experience working with Ben from GLP while searching for an apartment in London. As someone from out of the country and not very familiar with the local leasing process, I really appreciated how patient, responsive, and knowledgeable he was throughout the search.

Ben took the time to explain how renting works in the UK, answered all of my questions promptly, and was incredibly helpful in sending through suitable listings and arranging viewings. His professionalism and kindness made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier.

Unfortunately, the apartment I ultimately rented happened to be represented by a different agent, so I wasn’t able to complete the process with him. That said, I’m genuinely grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping me navigate the market, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone—especially international renters who need a bit of extra guidance when getting started.

I’ve had a lovely experience with GLP overall. Interacting with staff such as Mareena made the experience very smooth. She was very proactive and responsive which was greatly appreciated, supporting me along the way making it a lot less stressful than anticipated. The service I was given efficient and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this agency. The flat I received was in a disgusting state: black mold in multiple areas, mice infestation, and practically everything in the property was broken and nothing was cleaned when I moved in.

Despite having the property professionally cleaned when I moved out, the agency had the audacity to deduct money from my deposit. You are better off finding another agency.

My partner and I were in desperate need of finding a place to stay for our studies. We had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick at GLP, who helped us secure the perfect place quickly and smoothly.

I have dealt with a few different state agents in London for the past decade, but GLP has been the nicest so far. Unlike most agents, they reply to inquiries pretty fast, and in a straightforward manner.

Special thanks to Jessica Tonoli – I have started my current tenancy with her assistance, and have renewed it for the third year now. She has made the process itself, and the intermediation with the landlord, smooth and direct. Such clarity is really reassuring.

I’ve had a great experience working with Jessica over the course of my tenancy and renewal. She's always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed help. Everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, which really makes a difference as a tenant. It’s been a pleasure working with Greater London Properties, I highly recommend their service!

Marcus Williams and Jessica Tonoli were incredibly helpful and made the journey to signing our house very smooth.

As with the other reviews, Shanaz is amazing, and a real credit to GLP.

My issue, as a former tenant is with their property maintenance department. After moving out, our inventory report noted:

- The property has been kept in very good condition.
- The property has been cleaned to a good domestic standard and presented much cleaner condition than at check in.
- All appliances have been tested for power only and all have cleaning omissions, but generally cleaner condition that at check in.
- The kitchen is in much cleaner condition than at check in.
- All other items remain similar to condition at check in.

After repeated unanswered emails over 22 days to Marc Hughes, and finally a chase up by phone, his reply is to deduct £214.08 for additional cleaning.

By law, deposits / deductions should be lodged with the deposit scheme within 14 days, which didn't happen. Without going through the formal DPS appeals process (which I can't yet do, as Marc hasn't lodged the deduction with the DPS), I have no idea when, or if I will receive my deposit back. As any tenant knows, cashflow at the beginning of a new tenancy is difficult having paid deposits for new apartments, while waiting for the return of deposits from old apartments, and GLP have made this as difficult, time consuming and as frustrating as possible.

I had an amazing experience letting my property out through GLP and specifically Razi. It is an absolute pleasure from start to the end to work with Razi. Her positivity, kindness, proactive attitude, communication make the whole experience smooth and stress free. I couldn't recommend her more.

I had a truly wonderful experience working with GLP, and in particular with Mareena. From our very first conversation, she was exceptionally attentive and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Mareena listened carefully, asked thoughtful and insightful questions, and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism. Her dedication and genuine interest made the entire experience both easy and enjoyable.

We are frequently in touch with GLP and notably Razieh Hadian from the Soho office who has been immensely helping in providing us with expert industry knowledge. I have worked closely with Razieh and have found her to be very personable to our needs, extremely professional and very informative regarding the ongoing saga that is the Renters Right Bill. The literature GLP can provide on such matters is extremely well received, however what has pleased me is the ability of their team, notably Razieh, to explain the situation a little more clearly to landlords in simple, yet informative terms and offer guidance on how the relevant changes can affect our small portfolio. Had a great experience with GLP and particularly Marcus Williams, who was very responsive, friendly, and took great care with any questions or concerns I had. He clearly knows the market well and quickly sold me on my current flat. He went above and beyond and let me visit the flat a second time after signing so I could take measurements and prepare for the move, it made the moving experience so much less stressful.

GLP were great when we were relocating to London. Marcus listened to our needs and took the time to appreciate our requirements. Highly recommend their service!
