Products were damaged and not the colour ordered so had to be returned.
As a positive, the refund was processed quickly and efficiently.

Straightforward to order and the order was delivered the next day

We ordered a mobile pull up screen on Wednesday 7th October 20 and paid extra for next day deliver. We had notification that it had missed the cut off time for next day delivery but that it would be here on Friday 9th October 20. It turned up today, Monday 12th October 20 - too late for the meeting that it was required for!!!!!

After some initial confusion over Next Day Delivery my order was processed in a timely manner and the purchased product delivered in the rearranged time frame. The proactive customer service was great and a refreshing change from an Internet company

I ordered a 106” projector screen and it came next day as promised. Unfortunately was damaged on delivery. A super fast response from support who immediately dispatched another screen. I can’t fault the service I was given by Graham so thanks. The screen itself is very high quality with a soft return to close. When you pull it down you just hold anywhere for 3 seconds and it stays which is a nice touch. The mounting bracket are easy to install and the screen housing just simply lifts on and of the hooks which have hand tightened securing screws easy the mount and Dismount as I use this outside in the garden. I have ~£200 projector and the image is great. I would highly recommend this product.
