To start with, dealing with Matteo and his team was a seamless experience. The level of detail the team has put into GMB Crush is excellent. We feel confident we have partnered with a highly professional company continually growing and adding more value.

Dear GMB Crush Team,
You must be seeing ah! now I give you 5 star rating. thats great but let me tell you what you delivered

1. False allegation that someone downloaded your pdf this says no morale or ethics in business. OR you think the world is scam except you. This doesn't makes you a good business.

2. Free chrome extension have those so called wizard report sort of data so no value there

3. Overpriced product as those kind of details or report free tools are there.

SAAS works on feedback basis so dont try to be ruler, You made a tool listen to people around and what user says.

Dont just focus on that 9.99 USD you were able to have a yearly renewal but you lose it. I am lucky there was trial offered and thanks for that but at the end You lose your subscription.

Wish you all the best. If you have ever a regret of your false allegation and your heart says that was wrong line you said about someone go and do the needful remove that line.

You got your 9.99 USD and I got a lesson to not join your service again.

You better check your business and value you provide the world is not there to just irritate you as far as you find friends outside and care to listen to your userbase and their feedback.

All the best. If you still find your comment with false allegation is good keep it for your satisfaction but you will have to pay for your karma bad or good.

You had a business policy of no refunds - fine no issue you keep money.

Someone dislike your product - he is a scam, no your are scam coming with false allegations.

Now why 5 star given so it dont hurt your ratings and you donot remember me for bad but for feedback of your product. Why this comment is provided so in free time you can check inwards and your false allegations and may you be good in future dealing with people.

I cant appreciate you for your false statements and allegations AND I have no reason to appreciate your tool which gives no value for my money I invested.

This is biggest challenge these days everyone is in rush of launching another SAAS without caring for what as a provider they are willing to charge people that much value is there or not... just by doing fancy mails or sales page may be you can get a sales but not subscription.

Go and search free GMB extensions in chrome web store yourself and then compare your wizard report yourself

Go and check logs how many pdf I opened there u will just laugh on yourself what you talking about is all crap.

I didn't found any pdf not I open any Sop all fake you said.

You are imagining things yourself without even checking user did nothing just tried 1 Crush saw report very basic one no need of such tool so asked for cancellation.

Have some relax time and read it all 3 more times please requested.

Wish you all the best.

I am impressed by this product and even more impressed with the customer support. We haven't even got into all the features and know that this will be a keeper.

When you are stuck with anything, the developers customize their responses and then give additional tips and tricks to help.
