They are totally irresponsible and unprofessional.
I had a shipment from Canada to London UK on Sept 19. Go group use subcontractor they were provided small flatbed/skateboard without any handheld to delivery my cabinet. The size of skateboard is one third of my cabinet. My cabinet is very heavy one. Finally cabinet’s stand was broken.🥺
My office desk was damage a hole through in the middle of the surface.🥹
Their movers made my home’s floor serious scratches when settling the cabinet.🥺
We delivered three kinds of furnitures and cartons but they made serious damages of two of them.🥺
I required to ship in FCL with expensive cost but finally I got the worst service.
Their Staff Andrew and Teresa are irresponsible.
Their service is very poor. I am strongly recommend not using this mover anymore.

Plan to use their service for moving based on the positive reviews online, turn out to be a very disappointing one.

They send FedEx to take the boxes and the driver refused to carry them downstairs, even though the quotation stated that stair carry is included. We end up took the boxes by ourselves!

When I receive the boxes at my new home, most of them were broken and the things inside were shattered. I will not recommend people to use their service unless you just want a FedEx delivery but not a professional moving service.

Excellent service. All I need to do is just providing information and Go Group will do the rest for me in sending parcel overseas.

Go Group provided our family with an excellent house moving service from Brighton to Peacehaven. Their professional team provided excellent advice and service that morning. They were friendly and most importantly, they had a good sense of humour!

They came on time, and they wisely packed our 60 odd boxes and furniture into two slots. The whole process finished before lunch with more than 70 boxes, 4 beds and a bulk dining table with chairs, 65-inch TV, sofa, etc.

I highly recommend Go Group!

Such a bad and irresponsible company. They charge me extra (quite a lot indeed) to move my piano but they just handle my piano with no difference from another piece of furniture! They fail to deliver the piano finally and cause damages to it.
Their services are poor and they deny their unprofessionalism. I have to find another professional piano mover to handle it and they tell me "I don't see any problem at all to delivery your piano".

Emily and her team members provides high standard of professional services on documents and prepare arrive shipment to us. The shipment arrived to UK in good condition. Good services ,good communication and no addition charges.

I received my belongings and everything arrived in excellent condition.

Moving can be a stressful experience but the team made the shipping process easy and seamless. From the initial booking to the delivery, the team provided exceptional service and support.

All my shipment has been received in time.

From pick up the boxes, guideline to fill forms, guideline to apply TOR, shipment update… all of staff are professional! All of our belongings are good in condition and even no damaged box, we are happy about that. I do hope link moving keeps its profession and achieve better in the future.
