I cancelled my subscription properly, yet my card was charged three times after cancellation.
There was no active service, no consent, and no legal basis to keep charging my card or retain my payment details.
This is not a one-off mistake but a repeated unauthorised charge. I am now forced to involve my bank and consumer protection authorities.
Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Pagal instrukciją informavus dėl prenumeratos atsisakymo jau pasibaigus prenumeratos terminui, ji vis tiek buvo nenutraukta ir pinigai toliau nuskaičiuojami, daug laiko ir skambučių vien norint, kad prenumerata būtų nutraukta.

Seda ma ka tegin, kuid oma suureks üllatuseks saadeti ülisuur arve minu telefoni arvele lisatuna.
Süüdistavad mind, et ei oska tingimusi lugeda ja olen kõigest valesti aru saanud. Ning olen rumal ja mingit raha nad ei tagasta!
Väga pettunud, soovitan väga vältida seda ettevõtet. Tahtlik klientide lollitamine ning lambiarvetega raha välja pressimine!!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by GO3.TV. As a long-time subscriber, I was shocked by the level of service I received when attempting to watch an ice hockey game for Olympic qualification today. Despite having an active subscription, I was informed that I needed to upgrade my package to view the event.
When I tried to upgrade, the payment process failed repeatedly, locking up at the processing stage. I attempted to resolve this issue multiple times through both the app and the browser, all to no avail. Frustrated, I contacted customer support, hoping for assistance. Unfortunately, this only compounded my disappointment.
The support representative I interacted with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The conversation left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed by the incompetence displayed. The communication was far from what one would expect from a service provider, lacking both professionalism and basic courtesy. After a frustrating 40-minute chat, my issue remained unresolved, with the representative insisting the problem was on my end and offering no viable solutions.
What’s more, they failed to even consider providing a direct payment link or any other form of assistance. The lack of organization and competence displayed was astonishing.
This experience has left me seriously considering canceling my subscription with GO3.TV. I urge others to be cautious when choosing this service, as the level of customer care and support I received was abysmal. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I expected much better from a service I have supported for so long.
Be aware of the poor service and unprofessionalism that I, unfortunately, encountered.

I signed up for the service twice to watch the Premier League season. The first time, I cancelled the service, but then discovered that they still took money from my credit card. When I called them the next day, they said that I renewed the service, which I did not knowingly. They also said that it is not possible to do anything and they won’t refund the money. There was no communication at all about the renewal (eg notification that it happened), and they were not able to provide proof that I did this.
The second time, I cancelled the service and just in case also changed the credit card number to one that had no available credit. I then discovered that they had been trying to get the money from this card five days in a row at 5 am. I called their customer service to ask if I had any active services and should pay for them. They said no - everything is cancelled. I asked them to solve this mess, and they said there was no mess and I could send them an e-mail to them if I wanted.

One of the worst streaming services out there. It suffers from numerous issues: a terrible TV app, awful streaming quality, and the inability to even handle playback properly. Avoid it like the plague.

Poor streaming quality. Quite a lot of lags, especially during sports events. Also subscribtions system is a mess, i chose a different plan and my old one was cancelled without asking or informing about it. A huge mess

Scam. Cannot watch outside of Estonia and if you ask for money back they don't give. Also, if you want to cancel your subscription before the renewal date then it ends the same day you cancel the membership, you cannot even use the service until the end of the period YOU PAID FOR....
Many times they don't keep the series updated.. For example "Eesti otsib superstaari" final they put on the website week later.. couldn't even watch it same or next day (had to see the winner from social media.. ruined all the show for me..)

Not possible to view the LIGUE 1 in real time... Not a replay... Not Marseille-PSG tonight. Is it not a competitive web service in Estonia... Just a bad monopoly.
