A bit disappointed because there was only 8 small ferrero rocher in my daughters bouquet instead of 9 as stated when ordered

Love that this item was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Lovely item, good price, great service

Order No #33657

Placed order on 19/03/2025 to be delivered by 27/03 but hasn’t got to destination yet. The contact number they provide on there website is not real when you type the mobile number into WhatsApp it doesn’t exist and the 01332 number you cannot call. So if you are ordering from them don’t expect any updates on your delivery

Absolutely gorgeous flowers and chocolates
I ordered them for my mum for Mother’s Day and she going to love them
Lovely present for all occasions
Will definitely order again
Very quick delivery

I sent this to my mum for mothers day and she has said it is beautiful. My mum is very difficult to please and she is delighted with this chocolate and flower arrangement.

Bought for my daughter’s 9th birthday, made her day. They were beautiful

I brought this for a dear friend who is under going her cancer treatment. When I spoke to her she said they were a 'A lovely surprise'. It looked the perfect item to send her on line - so I am very pleased they had the desired effect - will definately be using Goat Gifts again

One of the best online gifts I’ve ever sent!
It was truly beautiful, bigger than I expected, delivered for free despite short timeframe, and such good value.

Absolutely made up with my bouquet , arrived next day as stated , with no issues . Would definitely recommend and reorder from them .
My sister is going to love it 😀

I ordered extra large and it was stunning! A great idea for a different type of bouquet. It gave it for a sixteenth birthday and the recipient loved it!

Thanks you for this beautiful birthday present for my friend this looks amazing

My wife loved the bouquet. Being a man I thought the flowers were going to be real and was worried about what state the would arrive in. The artificial roses were great, very well made and with the choclates it was very good.

Still didn't receive my order.
What I have to do now?

Ordered from the company based on reviews. Order didn't arrive, no response from the company on phone or email.

Warning, I suspect this could be a scam company so try to speak to a person before you pay any money.

I have emailed support and left messages on the website phone number. No response from anyone. Check the delivery, it wasn't the order or correct name so the gift was not delivered. If this is a valid company why won't they respond to my emails of return my calls? I have sent multiple emails with screenshots showing the order was not delivered.

Beautiful gifts, lots of variety. I bought this for my mum and she absolutely loves it. Delivery was early and all round fantastic service.
Definitely recommed

So pleased with this. The recipient was my cousin who had just come out of hospital and she was delighted.

My friends loved it when they received this gift.
