Gobolt mark my words you are the worst carrier I have known to man. Are all your employees so lazy that they can’t take a ride in an elevator to deliver a package in front of somebody’s door instead of leaving it in the lobby for anyone to take?! I am not a praying man, but I will pray everyday for the downfall of your company.

Instead of leaving my package at my front door like they were supposed to, the delivery person left it in the lobby of my building for anyone to take...and of course it was stolen. The confirmation email I received also didn't tell me who the vendor that sent my package was, so I can't even reach out for a refund or replacement. All I know is that something was sent to me and I never received it even though it has been marked as delivered.

Thank you for delivering our packages to the door on a holiday! Really appreciate the tracking and picture verification as well ❤️

I have always had a positive experience with this courier. They send me notifications for updates and the tracking is on point. When they say they would deliver on a particular day, they will (even sometimes late at night). When I order online from overseas and sees the local partner is this company, I have no concerns of packages being lost.

I did NOT recieve the package because it was dropped off in the lobby of my building free for anyone passing in or out to take! And that is exactly what happened. The delivery service should have come up on the elevator and delivered the package to my door.

This is very negligent and unprofessional service!

Didn’t try three times to deliver or read any of the instructions both attached to the order and attached to my door. Now they might destroy my package or ask me for more money to get it. I wish I knew which it was but they also don’t respond to emails.

I can’t remember what I ordered, but whatever it is, it arrived quickly. I’ve had good past experiences with GoBolt.

It was simple, easy and the best service I’ve ever experienced!

They were supposed to deliver my packages Monday and I still haven't received them. I had to email them numerous of times to let them know that I'm not happy with them. My packages have been in the Bronx two days saying out to deliver. Nothing yet. They gonna tell me that they will be delivered today.

This company is the absolute worst!! I took off to have my rove concepts furniture delivered (issue with 1st delivery) they sent me an email @7pm the day before to cancel and reschedule. So I wasted a vacation day and they only deliver in my area on Wednesdays. So I cancelled my order, and I suggest you do the same!! No way I’m taking another day off for them to cancel my order..

I just so happened to look at my email to find out that my package had been delivered. If your going to deliver at someone's door, at least ring the bell so that it's know of arrival. Thanks

Great communication and white glove service

I got a text from them about a delivery and it looks like a scam. They don’t say what’s being delivered. Just “click on the link” as if I would click on some random link someone texted me.!! Why do companies do this?

Stay far away from this company unless you like having your time and money wasted, as well as to have them provide a customer service experience that had them calling me a liar after providing them with proof that thier team was too lazy to communicate in the 5 hour delivery window. When they called me an hour after the window, they decided to mark the delivery as failed without so much as a second call or my buzzing my apartment. I will never use them and advise that my clients do the same going forward.

Delivery was fast and efficient driver followed instructions

I was expecting my delivery today as promised, between 9 AM and 9 PM. I've been monitoring the tracking progress, and I saw that they were in my area multiple times but didn’t make the delivery. Now it’s past 11 PM, and despite speaking to a customer representative two hours ago who assured me that my package would arrive today, it still hasn’t come. It is not safe for packages to arrive past standard hours it’s already past 11:30pm at night!

I’m very pleased with the delivery timeline, having my package delivered at my secured door with cameras on the 8th floor. I do want my doorbell rung for all future deliveries. Thank you for your great service.

The carrier knew the package had computers and he saw my doorbell camera and still took a picture of his delivery and then stole the item. I have 6 cameras
