Customer service is terrible.
Customer service is extremely disappointing with this company. They have not responded to our inquiries on our delivery for a week. When they came for our delivery of a large item, they didn’t call us to let us know they arrived and left within 2 minutes. They never proceeded to schedule a re-delivery.
GoBolt delivery driver left my package…
GoBolt delivery driver left my package on the sidewalk outside a locked business premises overnight!! The package was stolen (obviously) and now I have to deal with lululemon for 2 weeks to investigate it. Honestly.. have you a guys a single brain cell in your head?! Completely unprofessional, beyond incompetent!
Extremely disappointing service
Third time this company has messed up my delivery order. Either they don’t read delivery instructions or they take the easy route and leave packages in lobby where they get stolen.
Their customer service is NEVER possible to reach which isn’t surprising considering others are likely having the same unfortunate experience with them.
Sent my package to the wrong…
GoBolt sent my package to the wrong city, and ignored express delivery. It landed in Vancouver, where I live, then got sent to Quebec, then bounced back to Vancouver. I paid for 3-day delivery and they didn't mark it at the vendor. A complete screw up all around by unreachable company that apparently doesn't care.

The driver was considerate, friendly and respectful. He was in the area earlier than my time slot and called to see if that worked for me. This did work nicely.

We received text updates on the delivery status which let us know where the delivery team was and how soon they would be at our door. The service was fast & griendly, and the two gentlemen who delivered our items, Smeep & Seman, were really courteous and helpful. Good service!

Trash 🗑️🗑️🗑️ company. Stole my package and tried to “reschedule” delivery 7 times and customer service is terrible too. Not apologetic for their trash service and is no help.
Lulu package delivered to the side of…
Lulu package delivered to the side of my home next to our garage door, not my front door which is clearly marked. Luckily my neighbor spotted a package near our garbage and recycling bins. Unclear why they delivered to the side of the house but they've done this twice. Not impressed with their service. This never happens with any other delivery (Fedex, Amazon, or Purolator).
Order wasn't moving
My Lululemon online order was purchased on Aug. 30. GoBolt tracking indicate on Sept. 1 & 3 & 5 "The order has been rescheduled for another delivery date".
ON TIME!
Just wanted to say thank you for the couch delivery today. I received an email about the date/ time for the delivery and the tracking time was pretty accurate.
It took the driver only couple minutes to unload the eleven boxes to my garage gate.
I will recommend Go Bolt services to family and friends.

Six hours of you are next texts. Tracking the truck shows it is moving away from my location and there is zero ways to contact the company. Worst delivery experience ever!

Most terrible courier I experienced ever. Unbelievable both Lululemon and Holt Renfrew are using them.
The driver threw my package from Lululemon on the ground outside of my building without buzzing or message notification. The package definitely got stolen.
Package often not delivered as agreed!
I live in a DT Vancouver condo and often order expensive apparel to be delivered to my unit via a large popular clothing company. To be clear...the purchase price of my items includes having the item delivered to my DOOR. Already, GoBolt has simply tossed my packages into our common lobby 4 times this year (so far). The value of my purchases range from $100 to $300 in value. With some diligent effort, my common lobby is somewhat accessible to strangers who could have full access to my items placed in the open. Furthermore, there are hundreds of residents in my building who could potentially take my packages either by mistake or theft. Important to note, I am not easily ambulant so needing to take an extra trip (even to the lobby) is somewhat painful vs what other people experience. Lastly, other organizations like Amazon, Canada Post, and local grocers, who do the same job as GoBolt, deliver to my door without any issue or putting my purchases at risk. GoBolt... get your act together and do your job!
