My package was delivered safely and was on time.

Ease, courtesy, perfect packaging.

God I wish I could give them 0. The company lacks proper communication, needed my meds and for whatever reason the driver decided to stroll in my neighbourhood for hours and then proceeded to leave it when just 5 mins from my house so that they were no longer within the delivery window to deliver it as it was going to be passed 9pm before they’d get here
Would not suggest any brand or person using this company because god are they lacklustre

And Calvin in customer service? You’re absolutely useless on every level

Although the address was initially incorrect in the delivery ticket, my follow-up instructions to the driver were noted and followed so that the second attempt to deliver was successful, and at the correct location. The re-attempt was prompt.

Produit livré à la date prévue, suivi efficace sur la carte. On aimerait par contre que le livreur sonne à la porte pour avertir quand le colis est livré.
