This is a new website to me, but I will definitely consider it in the future. WAY better priced than Amazon on an item I really needed. Easy to order and check out, too!

I placed an order on April 21st. It's April 30th - still processing, and no response to my email regarding a ship date. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Poor service and an awful way to do business.

After having trouble using my discount code I contacted Gobstock. The response was quick and helpful.
I am very pleased with both purchases I have made with Gobstock and plan to purchase from them again.

I placed an order over 10 days ago. Didn't receive any email about the order processing for the first 4 days. I really needed the items by a certain date so I sent an email. No response. 3 days later I get a response that the order will be shipped on Friday and I will receive it 3 business days later. That was fine with me. Friday comes and goes and no email that it was shipped. Email finally said items shipped Wednesday which is 10 days after I placed the order. Based on the overall experience until now I really have no hope of ever seeing my order. This company likes to take your money but doesn't give anything in return! Beware!

I placed a small order about 3 weeks ago and it appears to still be processing! I even emailed the owner a week ago to see when my order would ship and have not received a response. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be buying from this company again.

very exited to order 13 of an item. joanns and other store did not have large quanties but gobstock did! easy and fast ordering!

I usually do not put a lot of merit on a few negative reviews, but there seems to be a common theme with this company.
I placed an order on 2/3/15 and it was at my door in four days. Cool.
Here is why I will never order from them again:
I placed a second order 2/12/15, my credit card was charged that same day, and 14 days later, the order has still not been shipped.
Repeated emails sent to Gobstock have been unanswered, although their website says "We will respond within 24 hours, though it is generally much faster." Ha! What a joke!
The item is no longer on their website. Geez...If you are unable to fulfill the order, at least notify me or reply to emails or DO NOT CHARGE my credit card until you are able to ship the item.

Easy navigation, had what I needed.

Fast delivery! The coral rose petals look even better in person. I ordered two sets of 100 petals to mix with real ivory petals to decorate the aisle for my wedding ceremony. These will be a perfect touch.

The product was not the color I expected, but that was not the fault of Gobstock. Product came on time.

Brian in customer service was very helpful in ordering and shipping an out of stock item I purchased. Thanks again Brian.
