Hospital appointment
After booking for my selected dates I received a letter for a hospital appointment, which clashed with my booking, after contacting catch customer service Tim notified me that a change of dates had been sorted out promptly and free of charge.

It’s easy to fill out forms with no unnecessary security like long forgetful passwords which the nhs app has. So I go fishing but could not be bothered to see a doctor because the nhs app is too long winded
