Lots of mails, no tickets for opera in Milan!
The mail after the event, they wrote that I would get a refund. I asked when, and they wrote and gave me a date - but he refund never came. And after that they didn’t awnser my mails!
3 tickets to the Milan opera La Scala is quite expensive, and we had the travel from Cph to Milan 3 persons. SO - don’t ever bye anything from this company - you will be in trouble!!!

Nous avons réservé des billets pour Il Viaggio, Dante à l'Opéra National de Paris, Palais Garnier à Paris pour avril 2025.
L'argent a été retiré de notre compte, mais nous n'avons reçu aucun ticket.
Nous avons découvert plus tard que la société était basée en Biélorussie. Gocomgo ne répond pas à notre demande.

Scam company.
Booked tickets in July 2024 for the ballet in Budapest, December 2024. Tickets were not received. Gocomgo advised that the performance was cancelled the day before we were due to attend, this we found later to be untrue. We were offered a different date. We changed travel plans accordingly, those tickets didn’t arrive. We were assured a refund that hasn’t materialised & now emails are being repeatedly ignored despite chasing daily.

They 'sell' tickets that they don't have and then look to sell you a more expensive alternative
The website is a reseller, and, in my experience, offer tickets that they don't (yet) have and take payment up front. They then informed me that they could get much more expensive tickets for me whilst not offering to return my money if I did not want to continue to do business with them. I insisted that they stop any further transactions and to return my money. This they agreed to do but told me that it might take up to 14 BUSINESS days to recredit my account despite being able to take my money on the instant of my accepting their bogus sale. In the meantime I found a much better site that found and supplied tickets to me quickly and at a lower cost than gocomgo. Give them a miss: there are much more reliable companies out there
