I think I dodged a bullet. Was supposed to attend the required 90 minute zoom meeting but at the last minute got diverted to the “holding room”. Person said not to worry, they will send the certificate email today anyway. Did receive the email, began the registration process but then was asked for 180 to proceed. That’s were I got cold feet and decided to go on this site to nose around a little. After reading there reviews we will NOT be proceeding. Thank you trust pilot and fellow reviewers

I purchased this for C$399. I had three years in which to use it and suddenly my certificate number is not allowing me to use my certificate nor is it allowing me to contact the company. I am reaching out to them in many ways as a customer, hoping that they will give the service that they promised … if not, I will continue to post reviews and warn everybody about this scam. I have used this company before with success and if they are corrupt, I will be on many media sites to report their abuse of trust to the public. Also as I paid on Visa, I will go to my Visa department to settle this if necessary. I have made a request from the Better Business Bureau for my money back or a resolution on my Booking.

Always on hold for multiple contact numbers. No responses. Quick to take deposit fees but impossible to get deposit refund. Customer service always on hold so don't expect any questions answered. Site is no assistance for information. Not worth the frustration and time wasted. You'll do better elsewhere.

If I could give a zero I would. Can't get a hold of a human. Surprise fees. Lord help you if you have an emergent problem because it is a minimum of 72 hours.

I was not able to find a cruise that was compatible with my schedule; however the representative M. Blanchette offered unbelievable customer service. A rare thing after waiting on hold for over an hour. Kudos to her.
Now i will see if i can get my refund!

Timeshare presentation was supposed to be 60-90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later (150 minutes) we were still being hard sold after saying no. after our "benefits" were added, my wife and I said at least we did this. the $100 restaurant coupon is only good at12 places in our town and you have to spend over $30 to get a discount. Then, after paying our $105 deposit and picking our hotel desired and alternate days finally got a response nearly one month later. Said to go into website and make reservation online. Great, right? Go, in and TRY to make reservation, but it's a 55$ surcharge per day. Ok, not great, but now trying to get this hotel in Daytona Beach...HYATT, WYNDHAM, MARRIOT, HILTON, .....Make my check in/out days and they give me a ECONO LODGE in Ormond Beach! It has a 2 star rating!!!...I've been on this planet nearly 65 years and know the difference between an Econo Lodge and a Marriot. don't trust this site

Legal thief if you have nothing to do at home all day please call customer service you may never find someone to help you.

We got a far as making a deposit before we realized its really a scam. We searched all the vacation destinations for the time period we wanted and 90% required an additional ~$1000. Plus there were other "taxes' and "Fees" to come. It's definitely cheaper to go through more reputable companies, or do it yourself. Now after 2 days and countless hours on hold we get a refund form to fill out and send back. Per them I can take up to 30 days to get a refund even though they took our deposit immediately.

This review is to speak about the professionalism, great customer service and wonderful personality of Supervisor Ms. Tracy! Tracy was patient, and went above and beyond with ensuring my questions were answered and that I was confirmed and booked for my upcoming vacation. Tracy is a definite asset to your company and needs to be recognized for great service!

This company is dishonest. I purchased an upgraded package and when I finally booked a hotel, then charged my credit card $3,000 when I was told it would only be $300. They are refusing to refund me and said there are no funds whatsoever.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS CHEAPER TO BOOK ON YOUR OWN.

BEWARE TIMESHARE SCAM
I have been travelling to The Fountains for over 10 years and know this is a timeshare resort although I am not an owner. During my annual stay in November 2025 I received a telephone call saying that if I attended a presentation I would receive a free week stay that could be used at any Bluegreen resort and would be valid to use for one year.

I did attend the next day but after the presentation felt that as an older person buying timeshare wouldn’t have been in my best interest and that it was better value for me to carry on booking my annual vacation with The Fountains through Booking.com. By this time another salesman joined the conversation and tried to convince me to still buy and my children could take it over but I said no as I couldn’t put this on them without asking them first and needless to say the sales reps weren’t at all happy.

On the way out I collected the promotion certificate for a free 7 night resort stay in a condominium for up to 4 people and when I returned to the UK read on the information sheet that I needed to open an account and register the certificate online with gocrv.com which I did. Before I could go any further to book my stay I had to pay $150 which states was a refundable deposit. I have since tried to get this refundable deposit back but to no avail.

After paying the $150 I tried to book The Fountains online but this is not an option and there is very few to choose from and most are saying there are no 1 bedrooms and to pay $495 for a 2 bedroomed. I have tried calling gocrv customer services numerous times but have been left on hold often for over 90 minutes and have never got to talk to an advisor. As I am calling from the United Kingdom this has not been easy not only the cost of the calls but also the GMT time difference and am now assuming this is a scam!! I have also looked up reviews on this company and all the feedback is that people are experiencing the same problems as myself and advising not to pay any money as this company is a scam.

I am extremely surprised that a reputable company such as Bluegreen is involved with this company causing people problems who have visited the presentation at The Fountains in good faith. Also when given the certificate was advised that I could use this to book The Fountains and that this would be an easy process!!

I also emailed Bluegreen Customer Services online advising them of my experience and asked if they could advise who I needed to contact to make my reservation at The Fountains but I haven’t even received a response from them!!

Though we didn't book today because of scheduling issues on our part...I want to give our agent Maureen the HIGHEST marks as she was extremely professional, sensitive, and thoughtful in helping us decide what is best for us on booking a cruise.

review: I received an incentive certificate for a free cruise from goCRV for doing a timeshare presentation. I'll start this all off with this is the worst company ever, and almost considered a scam. Companies can provide an unlimited amount of these for an annual $595 cost, which means they are worthless, and my story will confirm this, as well as their 1.15 rating on BBB!
So I received the certificate and it requires a $198 non-refundable deposit with 2 date options that are 30 days apart. As I did this twice, they will call you and say those dates are not available. When asked about other fees, you're responsible for port fees and taxes. I would email and call them every 2 weeks to see what's available, and requesting Royal Caribbean, as that's our favorite and on their list of cruise lines... but even Carnival wasn't available. After about 7-8 months of this, I finally had it. While on the phone with him, I said this sounds like a scam and that I will report him to BBB and Consumer Affairs. They put me on hold and what a coincidence, a Carnival cruise showed up! Just to get this over with, we took it, which was a 4 night cruise. After all the fees, it cost us about $600 for their lowest tier inside cabin. Since a friend wanted to go as well, we told them what we are going on, and they booked it separately with a cruise broker... and guess what? They paid about $580, less than our "free cruise"!! No wonder they have a ton of horrible reviews! We just reveived another certificate, and we're throwing it out because it's absolutely garbage! Shame on people using goCRV, and shame on this company for being a scam!

An absolute scam. They ask for $198 upfront to activate account. When I called for reservations and service I was told no flights or cruises except 1 cruise to Mexico were available. just an absolute joke. Stay FAR FAR away!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, unprofessional, and condescending customer service, that’s IF you get anyone on the line. You have to be on hold 45+ minutes for someone to pick up. Packages suck, and you pay way more than if you would plan the vacation yourself. It’s a legal scam, if you will. Here’s to hoping I get my deposit back.

They have never been able to offer travel for any dates requested. Anytime I make a request, they always comeback and state, "well, all I could get is this date or that date." And it always takes about 30 minutes of hold time and then 30 minutes for them to look up the travel dates. I have no idea why it takes so long to look up travel dates. Any travel site can do it in minutes.

PLEASE Do NOT Book or register for that free gift. YOU GET No information as to what hotel, or location until after you've given them the $198.00 Deposit. That is when the duck and dodge or switch and bait take place. You have NO idea when you will recieve the "FREE" package you just put a deposit of $198 on. DO NOT EVER TRUST A COMPANY that does this. Shouldn't you be able to pick your desitination BEFORE you hand over $198.00 seeing where the exact hotel or resort is? Good thing I was able to reverse my debit of $198.00 in like 2 minutes. Bottom Line is this is a time share . vacation club membership thingy they are trying to get folks into.

I’ve paid the $150. Now I’ve called twice today and stayed on the line for an hour each call to never reach a person to actually book a “free” ( not free per their website small print) cruise. I selected the call back option after the first hour and did not receive a call back. The second call was was at 4pm and I waited on the line until 5pm which is when they close their business. I will try again tomorrow. This is already looking like a scam to get you $150 and more if they can and you get what they tried to get from you at a time share presentation that we did not buy. -that is $$$!

Danissa deliberately put me on hold 3 times, making the call a total of 1.45 hours because I asked to forward my refund check since I’m moving. Clearly, they lied about “speaking to their supervisor” and knew I had patients waiting but did this on purpose as a means of control. The patient waited and was seen anyway, I hope Danissa feels good about the negligent work she did during the business day. I have no other way to communicate than during her time. I guess her time is more important than the time I use to provide medical treatment to human beings.

I would like to submit this as a formal grievance form today’s call.

And I am expecting my full deposit back within the timeframe specified. If not, this matter will be escalated.

They offer you a cruise date, take your money, then you find out you can't actually get on a cruise. This has to be the worst company I have ever done business with, all time. It is a bait and switch and I wish I had read a review before taking this on. I hope I can convince my credit card compnay to at least refund me my money.
