As a Executor of a Will that's never done anything like this before, all paper work for the sale of the property was all done and dusted in 4 months and the property finalised. As the seller of the property you have to show the buyer exactly what they are getting as in furnishings and white goods if any, it can look daunting but Goddard Dunbar walked us all through it. So I've decided to use them again in the purchase of my own property.

I have recently experienced the loss of my beloved father. Goddard and Dunbar assigned me with a lovely probate practitioner who helped and supported me from the start of the process until the very last moment. My mum recently sold a property via Emily at Goddard Dunbar. The service was super smooth and she was kept informed every step along the way. Emily even checked in when they were awaiting reports etc so stop her from worrying. Second time using the conveyancing services and would definitely recommend.
