We have just started to use 1Click for our VAT returns and it was the simplest and smoothest of transitions from our previous arrangement. A very straightforward process and great service.

I have tried other MTD VAT submission software and this one is the easiest to use. Highly recommend

Very impressed with the support provided by Melissa in Customer Services and it has enabled us to use our iMac Numbers spreadsheet and upload the csv file from that into the 1-click accounts software to comply with Making Tax Digital. Have had our VAT refund so know it has worked effectively.

Very easy to use and the template makes the data transfer very quick. In my case a knowledge of Excel is helpful and everything works perfectly as long as you don’t change the spreadsheet format.
Very simple solution to making tax digital and well worth the modest cost.

Very happy with the experience to date. I was looking for a solution to replace Avalara's excel solution (which was very "clunky" & is being withdrawn) without having to change our accounting software. After reviewing a few options, I chose 1 Click because I was able to try out the solution & test load our Sage CSV file without committing to purchase. The Sage file loaded immediately without any issues or mapping required. Overall the solution seems simple & intuitive to use.
