Er was geld van mijn visa waarvan ik niet wist waarvoor. Via de website ging ik chatten. Eerst werd er gezegd dat ik niets terug kon krijgen. Later kreeg ik een ander persoon om mee te chatten en Scarlett heeft goed geholpen. Het lijkt er op dat ik mijn geld terug krijg! Maar heel bijzonder dat dit bedrijf zomaar geld kan afschrijven. Ik heb nergens voor gekozen...

Bonjour ,j'ai passé une commande le 15,le paiement à bien était effectué mais j'ai eu la surprise de voir que un autre paiement de 16 euros à ete retiré,hors je n'ai pas fait d'autres paiement et à ce jour ma commande de 9euros 90 n'est pas arrivé ,

Dopo una incomprensione tra le parti sono stato contattato da Edith, Escalation Team Supervisor di gogetalltoys.com. Con estrema gentilezza si è adoperata affinché l'incomprensione fosse superata. Non sempre si riescono ad ottenere spiegazioni in merito. Problema risolto. Professionalità al top!

I have been having money deducted from my account on a constant basis for the last 6 months or so and thought that it was a scam. Finally made contact with the team today and spoke to Jack.
I was assured that all was legitimate and was given a full explanation of the credits I had available to me.
I honestly did not expect the level of professionalism and honesty from the agent....A big bouquet to the team...Well done. You can certainly rely on quality feedback from them.

I have no idea where I registered for this site ! But I haven’t ordered anything from them and they somehow stole my money. They work together with Partytime4us and those two sites have stolen the same amount of money from me! I want to warn everyone to be aware of these scammers! They deserve ZERO stars. These kind of companies should not exist, absolutely outrageous! How can anyone live with themselves while stealing other peoples hard earned money is absolutely beyond me!

Come molti della mia generazione, mi sono trovato vulnerabile di fronte a questa sofisticata truffa online. La nostra minore dimestichezza con la tecnologia ci rende facili prede di offerte apparentemente vantaggiose.

Sono caduto nella rete di questa azienda senza scrupoli dopo aver cliccato su quella che sembrava un'innocua pubblicità di Temu per un prodotto economico. Il risultato? Nessun articolo ricevuto e, con mio grande sgomento, addebiti mensili di 43 euro sulla mia carta di credito, per un totale scioccante di oltre 450 euro di spese non autorizzate.
