Thank you so much to Luke who got us an amazing price for our weekend and thank you to Ellie for organising and making it unforgettable! Our apartments in Liverpool were fantastic, modern and everyone had plenty of space so with a group our size we weren’t on top of each other! We even had great space to spend Friday evening together in the living room! The brunch was so on theme (our theme was purple) and was great, and the dream boys show was completely unforgettable, we even had front row seats and our bride got lots of attention haha! The payment process was so easy and even when a few issues of venue changes and where we were staying came up, Ellie was an absolute pro and found us amazing alternatives that didn’t change the price! All in all you made my life as organiser soooooo easy! Everyone had so much fun and it was perfect! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and look to use again if organising something comes up again

We had a fab henfest weekend in Bournemouth - Stephanie answered all my 100s of questions before we went and reassured me and helped me when I felt stressed with planning. I’m really pleased with the whole experience and the bride had an amazing time as did everyone else!

Our accommodation was amazing - the butler and the band were fab! And the host on site was great too!

Booking through Groupia made planning a hen party so much easier. The price was incredible for everything we got included, it was brilliant that everyone could go on to see the plans and make individual payments. They were on hand and answer any questions I had so quickly. The activities we booked were all delivered to a really high standard, so couldn’t fault them in anyway.

Go hen is just the best way to start your Hen . It takes all the stress out of organising you just need to decide where to go where to stay. We had a lovely apartment that slept 8 so we were all together. This is the second time I have booked through GoHen due to the easy, price, & choice of places to stay and things to do.

I had a booking with Groupia for a cocktail making experience, which was cancelled because a staff member left 26 days before the event. They offered three alternatives: one that was already included in my package, a spa experience that was unavailable to us due to our other activities, and a bar with poor 1* reviews and mentions of spiking occurring. This left me with no real solution and now it appears I’m being forced us to potentially incur additional costs to secure an alternative ourselves due to the incompetences of their supplier. Groupia was unable to help and felt no real care is being provided except £30 refund, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for an event we’ve spent a lot of money on already.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. Their claim of “stress-free” service is far from reality. Adding to my frustration, my booking manager was changed without any explanation, has been on annual leave ever since and I’ve been passed between random people leaving me feeling that there is no real care or service.
After this experience, I’m genuinely anxious about the rest of our event. I expected great service and support, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Thank you to the team for assisting me in organising a wonderful hen for my sister. We had the most gorgeous glamping experience, with a hot tub, open fire, cocktail making, pub lunch, activity (Go Ape) and silent disco.

Ellie was so helpful as our event coordinator, she made everything so easy, and was so patient and easy to talk to when I was having a stress! She kept me in the loop about everything and dealt with everything I threw at her! Would absolutely recommend!

I've just recently come back from a 4 day stay in york for my daughters hen do. I would just like to personally mention Vicki from "Go Hen" she's been an absolute angel. This was my 1st rodeo in organising my daughters hen do and I wanted it to be perfect. Vicki was there every step of the way from booking accommodation,booking the activities and swapping and changing the numbers in my party. If your ever wishing to organise an event then definitely use go hen the groupia group and personally ask for Vicki as nothing is too much for her and she's there every step of the way. So thank you Vicki your an absolute angel and thank you for helping me to make memories for my daughters big day xx

The whole experience with GoHen was great from start to finish! Vicki our event Co-Ordinator was so helpful and really fast with replies of any questions i had when booking our trip to Barcelona! We had the best trip for my sister and it was everything she had hoped for!

I have just come back from a weekend away with 25 people for my sisters Hen do, Stephanie and the go hen team was so helpful and reassuring and nothing was a bother to them when I needed to ask a question.
I would highly recommend using go hen for any big trips!
Best thing is everyone puts there details on the app and then they pay themselves- which saves so much hassle than everyone sending there money individually to the lead

The Groupia staff were friendly, polite and very quick with their responses. Some of the timings for the activities had to be adjusted and they were so helpful with the process.
