I have ordered a hat
I have ordered a hat, which is a ridiculous style, not even close to what they advertise and I have requested to guide me and return it. Guess what no answer from the 21st of July 26. All this drop shipping companies are such a scam. No one should ever buy unless are trustworthy websites. It takes ages for the product to come because is shipped from china. Use better TEMU, you will get the same quality.

Original post: I bought four of the Women's Wide Brim Sun Visor Hat. 3 were fine but one was different to the others, too small, no button on the top, a waste.
I contacted the company with images of the problem and measurements and I’ve had no response at all. Also no possibility to leave a review on their website.
3 hats good - 1 hat worthless. I’m annoyed as they were gifts too.

POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE…
I recently purchased and received a pack of 4 sun caps. The quality was very poor with loose studs sticking out either side of the fastening at the back and there was a very unpleasant odour coming off the material. I emailed the company twice advising them of the issues. I requested a refund and advice in how to return the items. I have had no response. Do not order from this company. Very disappointing service and products.

I brought a body scrubber and it fell apart after I did half a leg.
I asked for refund to be told it wouldn't be with me for 3 weeks and then it wont be full amount as it goes through many places before hitting my bank and that they couldn't tell me how much of a refund I would actually get.
