I recently purchased a 5-day eSIM…
I recently purchased a 5-day eSIM through Traveloka for my trip, but unfortunately my phone does not support eSIM. I contacted GoHub support and they responded quickly and informed me that they had already contacted Traveloka to arrange a refund for the unused eSIM.
I appreciate GoHub for their prompt response and assistance in handling the situation. Now I am waiting for Traveloka to complete the refund process. Hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

SCAM. They took my money and sent a QR code that does not work. The website will not respond to customer service questions despite a window prompting you to contact them. Their app is a SCAM, it has a contact option but goes to a blank Whatsapp page and freezes blank.

Very difficult to generate the QR code The product code contained some 20-40++ digits keeps saying invalid code . I ended up buying another ESIM from different provider.

Ho scoperto Gohub per caso perché in Italia è sconosciuta, ho voluto dare fiducia e provare e sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta! Durante il mio viaggio di 15 giorni in Cina ha sempre funzionato perfettamente, VPN integrato e possibilità di hotspot, spendendo meno delle concorrenti. Consigliatissimo!!

Best esim service ever
Last month I had a trip to Thailand and my best friend Kyle got me an Esim through Gohub. It was amazing, easy to used and activated with full instructions from email. You could activated before you came to Thailand, I got 5G unlimited immediately right after my flight landed so I used to get Grabcar into the city way cheaper than normal taxi thanks to Gohub.

Really really good service
Really really good service. I activated the sim but cant connect to the internet , so I deleted the esim and tried to re-activate. This sim can be activated ONCE only, and they write clearly on the sim cover but I didnt see it. Then I contact to the customer service and they made me a replacement which is, i think, i should buy another one. Thank you so much for your kindness
