I was a little wary as I had not used Gold Arthur before but I found the process really easy and was able to book an appointment at a convenient local location. Liro was very friendly and immediately put me at my ease. No pressure to sell but very informative and patient whilst I considered what items I wanted to sell.
Liro was really professional but approachable and I would thoroughly recommend anyone wishing to sell their jewellery to use Gold Arthur as they would not be disappointed with the fantastic service!! Thank you and I will definitely consider using you again in the future

Excellent experience
I was apprehensive about going to my appointment today purely because I didn't know what to expect. But Mateusz and Davídek(David I apologise if this is the incorrect spelling of your name!) were friendly and approachable while being very professional and couldn't have made us feel anymore relaxed in the situation.
I felt we were offered a very fair price for what I sold to them and were advised that payment will be received within 3 to 5 business days. I received a receipt to my email within seconds of leaving.
Overall,I would highly recommend this service.

Went to them yesterday in Letterkenny
Went to them yesterday in Letterkenny. I was a bit sceptical as anyone would be, but I had done my own research beforehand and had a good idea of the value of my items. I found the 2 young men to be very professional open and honest and was delighted with the price I got for my items. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their unwanted and broken jewellery.
