I paid for 3-5 day shipping for non custom jewelry. This company will say the item is shipped. Start a fake shipping label with USPS as soon as they receive your order. I found out through USPS as soon as the company print a shipping label it will appear as shipped but they never received the package. Ohhh and don’t reach out to customer service, they never respond! However; they post on socials all day long. I ordered and placed rush delivery on
march 22. 3-5 days to date still no merchandise or response back!

I received two gifts. The first gift from my daughter was lost in the mail and was claimed delivered.Afrer a few emails,because you can never get support via phone even though there is a number option. I received the chain but the wrong person dant. The second was a gift from my wife which did come early than the March date even when we were told after ordering that it was a custom item. We had no ideal. The item is clearly too big and the latch does not catch amd will not stay closed while worn. Needless to say because it is a Custom order it can not be refunded. This company is a joke and I will never buy anything from them again. Do better or you will have a lost of customers and/or future customers due to bad reviews. Personally after my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed because I really liked what was shown not with what I received. Keep in mind the both were Birthday presents ordered way before my birthday and both came a week for one and two weeks for the other after my birthday.

Gold president turned into scammers now I used to shop with them back in 2023 but now they not shipping no orders out they are making fake shipping labels and now I’m out of $140 due to them scamming

Never received item, but the money was taken out of my account. TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM BOTH BY EMAIL AND CALLING. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Great jewelry great price only thing I would recommend is a longer or thicker rope chain but other then that. great chain shiny chain for its value. I got the 3 letters custom 22 inch 4mm rope chain

I got my husband the Cuban Link men's necklace and bracelet set for a 30th wedding anniversary. I got expedited shipping and when it didn't arrive I reached out to the company and they refunded my expedited fee and tracked my order. I did get it and the set is absolutely gorgeous! My husband loves it.
The customer service was very friendly and easy to work with and I will most definitely be coming back!

The worst customer service ever!!!...ordered a custom necklace back in August and I have yet to receive this item.
Please reconsider buying ANYTHING from them if you're thinking about placing an order...THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

What made my experience great was watching my son eyes light up when he saw it and his exact words were “PERFECT”.

BEWARE when ordering jewelry and selecting Express (3-5 day shipping) …. After paying $30+ for express it will STILL take 4-6 weeks for my jewelry to be sent out. Remind you it’s just a picture in a necklace. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service for a refund but no response. You’ll do better filing a FRAUD charge with your bank to get your money back. Do business elsewhere! There’s a 50/50 chance you will have a good experience.

I purchase a Cuban link choker necklace from Gold President. It fitted right just needed to be a little longer. I texted them about getting a bigger size. They were really helpful and my exchange progress went very well. I only had to pay for the shipping and handling. I must say I give them a 20 out of 20. I've brought jewelry from them all the time but never had to exchange them. I was very pleased about the way they treated me.
