Mr. Stephen Mercer provided an excellent experience. I have learned so much. He provided so much insight into the PMI values and train of thought that will be helpful in evaluating test questions. The training materials are top box. I enjoyed the networking opportunity as well. My onboarding experience was very easy. The class offered tons of learning materials! Ample practice tests, Power Point presentation, temp plates, and so much more! Professor Stephen Mercer was an excellent teacher! I will recommend this class and I am so happy I came across the Gold Standard. I feel I am armed with enough information to land a Project Manager position!

PMP Training
Stephen the instructor is very knowledgeable on the topic and his real world experiences lend an extra buzz to the class. It is a lot of information to get through and can sometimes feel overwhelming but i found the information to be useful and helpful. The practice tests are a great refresher.

Excellent Presentation, Moves Fast
Stephen is highly intelligent and has deep understating of the PMP material. I initially liked the idea of completing the 35 hours of required classroom work in a 4 day bootcamp format. I will have to go back and rewatch some of the videos where the information was covered so quickly, I couldn't keep up with notes. But that is not a reflection of the class or instructor.

Enjoyed the Course
The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was very knowledgeable on the content and provided a lot of case scenarios to relate to. He and Gold Standard provided a lot of materials including study guides, practice tests, presentations, etc. There is a lot of material to learn all at once but I feel like it was done as best as it could be within the timeframe. I would recommend it to anyone interested in becoming a certified PMP.

Excellent Training for the PMP Exam
The material presented was comprehensive and easy to understand. There were lots of excellent examples and exercises to improve understanding and learning for the attendees. Stephen did an excellent job of keeping attendees attention focused. He was very responsive in providing clarification when requested.

Great Project Management training for all audiences
The enrollment went smoothly and our trainer, Stephen Mercer, is truly an expert in Project Management making the course relatable to all sectors. It would seem next to impossible to absorb all of this during the 4 day training because it is an immense amount of material, but the fact that there are so many study materials made available with a goal of passing the test makes it of great value.

Stephen Mercer was incredibly…
Stephen Mercer was incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a great deal throughout the course. We were provided so many great resources that I can put into practice immediately in almost any scenario when doing a project. I wish someone told me to brush up on my algebra before class, although it likely would not have helped! One area I would suggest is more assistance to vet if taking the exam is possible for those of us that have been out of the project management field for some time. I am apprehensive about being cleared to sit for the exam with my current CV. This is a bit stressful after committing to the class fee.

Awesome training
I really enjoyed the training, seems much too short, need more time. Stephen Mercer was amazing as an instructor, very engaging, gave relatable examples and highly motivating. He was extremely knowledgeable sad to see the class end, learned alot. I am looking forward to studying and preparing to take the exam.

I was impressed with the amount of material, and good material at that, The material and information I received was above my expectation. The instructor Steve Mercer was excellent and his real-life stories really made it translate . I would recommend this class to anyone seeking certification or improve their knowledge in the field. If I had one thing I would provide as constructive criticism is that we received a lot of material however for beginners and someone who is not looking for certification but to add additional skills, I was overwhelmed with the amount of material and where to start. Perhaps a process flow chart would have helped with where to start.

Mostly positive, nice instructor, but format could be improved
+Positive: The instructor (Stephen Mercer) was very nice, positively toned, excited about PMP, and receptive to discussions and questions. He was very pleasant and clearly enthusiastic about helping his learners. A large number of resources and study materials were provided.
-Negative: Although there are a huge number of resources, the class sessions were predominantly reading from slides, with a small amount of expansion or discussion (especially given the depth of this content). There was also very little interaction with the learners, which made it more difficult to stay focused on the content. What this course did the most was tell me about the things I need to spend more time studying. I don't think this class is intended to prepare a learner for the exam, but I don't feel a whole lot more prepared than if I had just gotten the PMBOK and started studying it myself.
*If there was more interaction and I felt more prepared, I would rate higher (but as a former Instructional Designer who built training for a living, I am a tough critic of courses like this)
*Registering for the class was easy and pricing was very reasonable.

I thought Stephen Mercer was a very good instructor. He was informative, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job helping us understand how to pass the exam. His repository alone is worth the price of the course.
The registration process was easy, and the course overall was well organized. I do wish there had been more interactive sessions, like the breakout sessions at the end, and more real-life examples. Adding those would have made this a six-star course for me
