The class content is very thorough and to the point. Stephen Mercer did a wonderful job with instruction and guidance throughout the whole course. I highly recommend.

The class was very informative, but it was so much information. I don't have a business background so that was overwhelming just understanding the terminology. The instructor Stephen Mercer was great. He gave great examples that solidified learning and provided a lot of templates to use as well.

The course was definitely worth it. The instructor was well versed with the training material and gave open forum to ask questions as well as feedback on different scenarios. There was a lot of material to cover which could be very cumbersome but overall the experience was great!

Comprehensive and lot of good resources, Stephen shared a lot of related applications in different industries and encouraged all of us to share our feedback from real life

An excellent experience that I would recommend. Foremost, prompt and easy to use communications from start to finish from Gold Standard. Second, clear guidance and instructions. The 4 day virtual session was a bit faced paced. I foresee many future study sessions and lots of studying will balance that fast pace out. Stephen kept the class engaged and definitely give the tools to take the test. Hoping for the best on the test with much more studying to come. Also, additional classes and reading material referenced during the class to set up for ongoing success.

Stephan Mercer's approach to instruction was masterful. He is gracious with each individual, attentive to the inquiries and comments, and adaptive to the needs of the students. There are many opportunities to engage - and every opportunity taken usually led to useful insights that illustrated the topics even further.
